I am leaving this review not based on help with a product, but based on the employee/owner being a honest person. My husband and daughter took her iPad (with, bless our hearts, what we thought was a cracked screen) in to have the screen repaired. The gentleman could have said OK, that will be $100, come back in an hour, but instead he pointed out to my husband and daughter that there was in fact screen PROTECTOR on the iPad and that was what was cracked. In this day and age, you have to reward honesty!! If we ever have a true issue Lectro Tronic can help with, you can bet we will go to them again!

I have used them for purchasing and also repairing of many phones over the years and I"ve never had anything but great customer service, fair prices, fast turn around and excellent work. I will continue to use them whenever I need phone repair.

Very fairly priced, super friendly, got my devices fixed in a timely manner. They usually give you a quote over the phone depending what it is. Most importantly they won't try to rip you off! I will always come here for my future device issues.

I wish there was an option above 5* I would have given more. So my laptop just kept on typing random stuffs on the search bar and the only issues was dust particles which was on the screen and since is a touch screen that kept happening.this guy refused to collect any money from me for his time taking to clean it up and it was functioning again.I highly recommend any with electronic issues to this place.love u man
