As a first time home buyer, this was the worst experience I never could never have imagined. The lack of communication, the lack of professionalism, and the lack of care regarding my file is completely unacceptable. I will never recommend anyone to use this credit union.We were lied to, misinformed, ignored for days and days on a regular basis, cursed out by Layton and we closed two weeks late. We almost lost our dream home because of this employee.

Layton is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! 10/10 recommend him! Answers texts and calls WHENEVER you need him. Extremely open with communication. Lets you know exactly what you need and what needs to be done with the next step. Super personable (and I couldn’t be more thankful for that because I can be super annoying with my questions) and very friendly. We did have a few hiccups that Layton took care of right away, he was willing to help with anything he could. I sincerely thank him ten thousand times over!!! Couldn’t imagine having anyone better to aid us in our home buying process.THANK YOU!

We had such a great experience joining UTCU. I had always heard great things about joining a credit union and when we did, it all turned out to be true. We were helped by Layton through a loan process and joining and he was excellent. Everything was speedy and clear. And the rates are certainly competitive. I would highly recommend.
