In January of 2024, I had Lanham Window Company (LWC) replace several double-paned windows in my home here in Mansfield, TX. The installation work was done efficiently and of very high quality. I couldn't be happier with the results. I, therefore, strongly recommend LWC be first on your contact list if an estimate for window replacement or repair is required.

I had them come out and give me a quote on my windows, after having two other companies come out. They were the only honest company to let me know that most of my windows had already been replaced with energy-efficient ones within the last 3-5 years and didn't try to oversell me. Meanwhile, the other companies quoted me over 50k and attempted to bully me into installing new windows in the entire house. I will be recommending them to anyone and everyone for their honesty and integrity.

If you are reading these reviews then you are probably where I was at just a few short months ago in my search for the best company to provide replacement windows for my home. I had gotten some quotes in the past from some of the more familiar, highly advertised competitors and felt very uncomfortable with the sales tatics used to seal the deal. After each sales rep left our home, I really did feel hopeless and that we were never going to be able to afford new windows which were very much needed. Hayden, with Lanham, came to our home and showed us the product and educated us on everything we needed to know regarding this process. He answered all of our questions and then gave us a quote. That's it. There were no pushy sales whatsoever. He simply gave us his number and told us to reach out if we had any questions or wanted to schedule and THAT is how we like to do business over here! The installation date came and the windows were installed in less than a day. The crew was very professional (another major selling point for us was that they use their own employees and do not contract out the work) and left our home nice and clean. We absolutely love our new windows and loved that we could get the black frames as they drastically changed the look of our home. Their pricing is very affordable so do not hesitate to call these people. We will be recommending them to all of our family and friends. Thank you again to everyone at Lanham for the excellent five star service!

We highly recommend Lanham Window Company, and have indeed recommended them to several neighbors. Lanham installed 30+ windows and a door for us 6 years ago, and Nicholas came out today to touch up some aging caulk. Outstanding customer service from Chuck and the Lanham team 6 years ago and now! These are beautiful, high-quality windows, and we feel this was our best investment in our home thus far.

Lanham Windows are the best! I had windows replaced a few years ago, and they are still like brand new. They are top quality, and I'm amazed at how they have reduced outside noise. The entire staff are very courteous and professional. I highly recommend Lanham Window Company.

We did, and continue to have, a fantastic experience with Lanham Window Company. They were referred to us by a friend for our full-home window replacement in 2021. While we talked to several companies, they were open, honest, and didn't upsell from start to finish. The windows were installed timely by their amazing team, and my kids thoroughly enjoyed watching the entire process. As an added bonus, they came out and cleaned all of our windows, free of charge, 6 months later. We have been very pleased with the appearance and energy efficiency of our windows. Our home is much more comfortable in all seasons!
Now, in 2024, we had some unrelated remodel work done at our house and a handful of the bug screens were damaged by our contractors. When we contacted Lanham, they quickly came out to our property to identify which screens needed to be replaced and put them on on order. When we asked about cost, they offered to replace them free of charge. We would (and have!) recommend Lanham to anyone looking to replace their windows. They are a fantastic family-run business that stands by their product.

Lanham is a great company to choose to have your windows replaced. In less than 3 hours all of my old windows were removed and all new ones in place. They are skilled professionals with great attitudes! The rest of the time taken was for the small things like caulking etc. The price is a fair reasonable price and the product is great! I saw a difference in my upstairs temperature immediately! I was so impressed that my whole house could have all new windows in a day! Great job fellows!!

David and Willie showed up this morning to install a storm door replacement handle. Mine was broken and I needed a replacement. The lady at Lanham walked me through ordering a new one off Amazon. Because I had purchased my storm door through their company they did not charge me a service call! That my friends is customer service!!

We have used Lanham Window Company since the late 1990's and continue to do so today. Our purchases have included all of our windows, two patio doors, a front door, and door replacement handles. We have found this company to always be kind, courteous, professional, and affordable in all aspects.

We had all windows replaced in our home and we couldn't be happier with the windows and customer service we received. Hayden made the process very smooth and easy. The installation crew worked efficiently and cleaned up after themselves. Hayden checked on us after installation to make sure we were happy. We are the third home on our street to use Lanham and as we prepare to move to a new house we'll be calling them again.

We had 8 new windows installed by Lanham last week. The whole process from obtaining quotes through installation and post installation follow up was great. Hayden checked in multiple times before and after installation to ensure we were happy.

During the recent hail storm one of my window screens was damaged. I took it to Lanham and they repaired it and it looks like new. This is the second house that I have used this company and I would highly recommend them for storm windows.

Just a fantastic experience from start to finish. From walking through our options during the sales process to the amazing installation team, everything was fantastic.
During transport, one of our windows was cracked....the Lanham team worked together to get the replacement glass installed quickly and efficiently. I always appreciate a company that provides outstanding service even when things don't go as planned.
I highly recommend contacting Lanham if you are looking for replacement windows. We are 100% satisfied customers.
