Exceptional service from the pharmacists to the staff. They are kind, have excellent customer service and are always attentive and prompt with getting the prescriptions needed. They also go above and beyond and when they haven’t had something in stock, they order it promptly and let me know as soon as they have it so I can come pick it up. I have never had any issues and on the contrary I always have excellent experiences with them. I even got my friend to use this pharmacy and she loves it so much she drives from Burleson all the way up here because they are that good. It’s got that small town vibe and amazing service you don’t usually find anymore. I will keep using this pharmacy for all my needs and I encourage you to give them a try as well. They genuinely seem to care about taking care of their clients.

Not to happy with service. My order for my daughter was called in the other day, however when I came in the following day it wasn’t even done. My first time using this company and I don’t know if I will be back. They told me to give them 10 minutes and they would try to get the RX out. Brandon helped out and even gave pointers for allergy relief. I am usually well read on stuff about health so this I appreciated. Brandon at least tried to rectify the fumble. Grateful and thankful for that.

Lake Worth Pharmacy is like an old-time neighborhood pharmacy where everyone makes an effort to recognize customers and recall their history. All of the employees are very professional and conscientious, while also treating customers personally and efficiently. Their delivery service is awesome, which really is a life-saver if you can't get out!

The pharmacist was very concerned and helpful about finding a cheaper alternative medicine. They were the only pharmacy within 25 miles that had what we needed in stock. Great Friendly and fast service

Lake Worth Pharmacy does a really great job on filling my script when needed. Brandon Zegarelli and his team are very good at what they do. In the few times I have had the pleasure of using them. This is a hard review to leave as LWP has been my go to for many years. Over the past year the customer service and accuracy of accounts has declined. I have had such great experiences with the staff and the pharmist Brandon in the past. However since the move to the new location this has dwindled away. From having someone else's prescriptions delivered to my home and I had to return them for my own, filling prescriptions I have asked not to fill any more, some months delivery was made and some not so I moved to picking up myself. To my most recent- yes, it is Mounjaro related, however, I was on it before shortage and demand. I have been using it for pre-diabetic issues. Instead of calling me and suggesting I have a lower dose sent in by my doctor Brandon and team choose not to reply at all or offer any solutions for 3 weeks. This is not the neighborhood friendly service I am accustomed to or willing to drive out of the way to support. Maybe it is the extra business they receive from being in the building with Texas Health network and they are overwhelmed. Now I am a "number" vs the person with a relationship with my pharmist who would ask about my prescriptions and make suggestions for better solutions to my needs. If I am going to be a number I am going back to a place like Kroger where at least I am greeted with a smile and friendly face and inconvenience of getting here. It has been months since I was greeted this way at LW Pharmacy - even Starbucks makes a point to say hi with a smile as you pass thru to pick up at the counter.

Doctors upstairs, and pharmacy downstairs. Very convenient. Unless you have to make an illegal U-turns off of Boatclub to double back. But that's on Lake Worth street planners.
