Dr. Chen is an amazing Doctor & very informative however, his NP ( Nurse Practitioner) and front office lady are very rude with terrible facial expressions! My firstborn has been going here for 13 years & recently wanted to bring my newborn so they can have the same Doctors. I was 5 minutes late for an appointment with my second newborn and they did not let me see Dr. Chen & no longer scheduled my visits. This is by far the worst office visit I ever had with my newborn then to dismiss a family's appointment who's been going here for years you would think that they could have found a better solution to resolve this problem. Then the lady who dismissed me was the NP who I had never seen or talked with because for 13 years my daughter always went to see Dr. Chen and nobody else. If you wanted to dismiss a patient at least have the courtesy to do so yourself. I feel as if the staff should have been more empathetic.This location needs to be looked into and staff needs to be replaced with more professional medical staff. This medical office would be so much better off with better vibes in their practice!

Dr Chen seems like a decent doctor and nice person, unfortunately the standards of professionalism in the administration of the practice as a whole fail to be consistent with expectations of quality medical care. The final straw for me was that I verbally scheduled an appointment and cleared my calendar in order to be able to make the appointment, but when I showed up they said they had no record of the appointment. The resolution they offered was to try and have me schedule another appointment on another day at another time. This speaks to the alternate reality their administrative staff lives in as when a business makes a mistake then they do everything in their power to correct it. Their proposed solution values their time higher than my own and fails to accept responsibility for their own actions. I have a record of the call on my phone including a time stamp and a calendar entry for the appointment and time which I made available to staff and they seemed to not understand the significance of their irresponsibility and cost imposed on clients.On another note they also seem to forget what care they have actually provided to me. I take a prescription sleeping medication which they have provided only a single 30 day supply over the past year and a half since I only use it under the most extreme of circumstances. Despite this they insist on scolding me and requiring that I come in every 3 months when obviously it takes me 18 months to go through a 30 day supply. This is beyond ridiculous and the fact that they cannot connect the dots and make reasonable decisions consistent with their patients needs shows how depersonalized the medical care provided actually is.I cannot recommend this clinic although I really did like dr Chen but the emphasis has to be on receiving quality and EFFICIENT medical care. This is 2023 and the world expects more of the medical profession now then they did in 1983. They need to step up and act like a client focused service provider and a business instead of some beuracratic ivory tower exception.

Dr. Chen is amazing! He‘s been my doctor for years. He uses the patient portal and responds very quickly to messages and is also quick to authorize refills. Patient portal makes it easy to see test results. I’ve also had Dr. Chen call personally with results. I had to call after hours once and Dr. Chen answered the call, I was very pleased that I didn’t have to wait for him to be called by a service. I’m cash pay and he looks for affordable meds.

Not interested I new customers , even if it's a sick kid said had availability at 2pm until I said we never been there . Then said we can't see you til next week really sick kid no symphony they don't care period.

Dr. Chen is amazing. The staff schedules accordingly so the wait is never long. In the years going here I have never had an issue.

The doctor is great he gets a 5.....the staff is horrible. You call to get test results and they lie and say they don't have it when I know Damm good and well they do. She didn't even look, she just flat out and lied about it....terrible staff

Dr. Chen has been both of my kids doctor for about 5 years now. He is efficient, kind, compassionate, and does really well with special needs. His staff is just as great! They give care with love and have built relationships with my family as a whole. I have never had an issue with anyone that works there. When you have an appointment, there is very little wait in the waiting room and even when there is, there is hardly anyone waiting with you. An appointment never has lasted over 30-45min and thats even considered to be long for them. His PA is pretty great too. If he doesn't have an appointment available, and you need to get in for a sick visit, she can typically see you. You call after hours for an emergency, they always answer or call you back pretty quickly. I highly recommend them all.

This is the best Doctor and office staff I've ever experienced. Dr. Chen really sits and talks to you and honestly wants to help you. He has helped me so much and I don't know what I would do without him and the staff. Thank you guys and gals. You are amazing.

Dr Chen is very easy to schedule and work with. He has helped me through some minor medical issues and changing insurance with no issues.

Both my daughters are patients. Never have a long wait time and Dr.Chen really cares about their well being. Unlike other doctors that just push medication right away, he wants tests done before hand.

We missed our first "new patient" appoinment do to me being hospitalized from a work accident. Thinking nothing of it we tried to make another apoinment months later to switch to a closer family doctor, only to learn we are BANNED from ever being seen here due to missing an apoinment.We will be seeing them again, just not in the doctors office.
