I read the recent reviews for both the Burleson and the John Ryan Drive location in Ft. Worth. I chose the Ft. Worth location because of the poor reviews of the Burleson location.
I’ll give the John Ryan Drive location a good review.
The lady at the reception desk was pleasant and professional. She processed my paperwork quickly and accurately.
My phlebotomist, Jessica (I think), was also professional and kind. I told her I am unable to use my left arm for blood draws. Although I had a recent blood draw and an injection of contrast in my right arm, she was able to quickly and painlessly find a good vein for my blood test today.
The office appeared to be clean and organized.
When you enter you must check in on an electronic kiosk. It was not difficult. You must present your driver’s license and insurance card. Then the receptionist will call you to the desk for processing your visit.
FYI, the LabCorp office is inside the Cooks Children’s Office building.
Thank you to the two medical professionals today for a good visit.

From the wait time, to the sweet receptionist then to my new favorite phlebotomist the service was impeccable. Such a calm environment as well. Tori completed my blood draw with such care and understanding. Due to my condition it’s always a concern for these procedures as my body will usually not cooperate but Tori was willing to listen and proceed carefully in order to ensure a great experience and a returning patient. Thank you all so very much, this has made my day!!

Don’t go here if you would like a timely response or for them to simply answer their phones. There’s no valid reason for not answering your phones ALL day for numerous days.

The lady that takes the blood samples is the sweetest most thoughtful person I have encounter in this lab. I don’t know her name unfortunately but there were only two ladies in there. The sweet one was afroamerican.
HOWEVER, the receptionist, it’s another story. She is unprofessional, very very rude, and extremely dismissive. She has no patience or manners with any of the patients or other workers in there. She even gets to the point of rolling eyes and tweaking his mouth when talking to people. Just for that reason, I will never go back to this labcorp location, even when is the most convenient for me. I rather drive farther than leading with such a nasty vibe.
On top of everything, the office looks very rundown, dirty, and depressing.

Great experience! Clean office, girl at front desk was very nice and Tori was so wonderful. This will be out go to spot for lab work from now on.

This location is a whole lot friendlier than the Burleson office. I am not a fan of the frosted glass and checking myself in but at least this location greets you, has a smile on there face and doesn't interrogate you like Burleson. I will never go back to the Burleson location and I live in Burleson

First encounter was super easy and everyone was friendly and professional. Today however was the total opposite. The rude receptionist today was tacky, condescending and downright unprofessional. She had a nasty attitude with me from the moment I walked in. The tech that took my blood also had an attitude.
Hopefully they can receive some training on how to act in the workplace and with patients. If it wasn't for PATIENTS neither would have their job!
Do better LabCorp with screening potential employees.

Just had lab work done and had no wait time. Extremely nice lady named Tori walked in and introduced herself before taking my blood. This will definitely be my go to location going forward.

Drove 30 minutes in the cold and snow to get there, and they’re not open! I called ahead of time and talked to a CSR that said they were in fact open to avoid this very thing happening! No note on the door or anything. Just locked and no lights, while everyone else around there was open. What a waste of time!

I am someone who is terrified of needles of any kind, I pass out pretty regularly when I get my blood drawn, so getting labs done is my least favorite thing to do. That being said, my experience with Hailey today was incredible. She was patient, kind, Funny, and did such a fantastic job that I barely felt it and I did not pass out, which is huge for me. If you have to get your labs done at this location, I strongly request Hailey. I will be requesting her every time!

The front desk was very helpful, friendly and very efficient. Hailey was like a Ninja with the stick and draw. It was done before I realized that a vile had been filled. I highly recommend the John Ryan location.
