The male phlebotomist who was there today 6/26/24 was very kind and went above and beyond to help me. I was very impressed with how professional he is. Probably the best phlebotomist that works there!

Very unprofessional, missed a half day of work for routine blood work. Never got seen. Hopefully there is a better labcorp in my area.

Arrived 30 minutes before closing time which may explain the issues that made me uncomfortable. (1)The nurse (?) who first attended me asked me to go back to the lobby to wait because my urine specimen was not enough. Apparently, first nurse forgot I was waiting. When a second nurse came out to the lobby, to disinfect the seats before closing, she asked why I was waiting. After my explanation, she looked at the container with my urine & said oh that's enough to test it. So she did & that was that. She was efficient.
(2) Is it enough to just use disinfectant spray on all the seats & the registration screens in one full sweep? No washing first? Also the slot to place our id or insurance cards looked like they seldom get clean & were not sprayed.
With Covid still around I felt uncomfortable in those circumstances.
Thank you for allowing "patients" to voice good/bad experiences.

Horrible service! Very ghetto and unprofessional from the supervisor Stacie pointer down to the front desk rep. I was refused service even after my son left out the building. Refused a urine drug screen service that would take 2 mins. I was also followed outside by one of their male employees which was very creepy and scary. “He said he wanted to talk to me” but never said anything just watched me and what kind of car i got into. Please go somewhere else if you’re big on professionalism and respect. Here is a bunch of mad black women! DO NOT RECOMMEND! -0 star!

I get all my blood work done here - I come pretty regularly and I’m always in and out in no time! Staff is friendly and take my blood painlessly.

If I could, I would give 0 stars. Terrible service. I took my four-year-old daughter and they couldn't draw blood. They took 2 little bottles and stung her twice on both hands so they told me that they had to do it another day and that blood It was no longer useful because there had to be 4 and they couldn't send the order like that and they threw it away ??? rude staff they don't care with the children they don't care what they go through that's why if you have children don't think about this place it's terrible . Look for other options. There is a lot of negligence here...

I had labs here today. The tech did a number of things that were very unusual not to mention a bad attitude. To begin with she open the door and called me back then proceeded to perform my draw with the same gloves that were touching everything in the common area.She asked what arm would you like. I told my preference. She grabbed a alcohol swab and sanitized in a circular motion around the point of entry. She Then had me hold my arm up in the air up mid air to inject and do the procedure. Each time she pulled the filled canister up then added another it was painful because my arm was suspended in the air and she was rough changing it out. During this whole time she was quiet and stern. Upon completing my arm was wrapped and she said done and walked out.I've had blood drawn over the years and have never experienced the way in which she did it. I'm home for the first time with a sore swollen arm from a routine procedure. Most might say why didn't you say something in the moment, but I was intimidated and was trying to go with the flow.I pray not to have anymore complications from this experience and I hope others are able to speak up if they experience this too.

The people working here don’t really seem to care about the customer. I came in for a drug screen and was late for my appointment but the facility was not closed yet so I checked in hoping I would still get helped. The employee came out, called my name, and instead of taking me back she told me they could not do my screening due to their “computer system not allowing them to after 3:30 pm.” It was 3:31 pm on my watch and they had no interest in helping me get this completed before the weekend. This is not a company wide system issue because the facility down the street does drug screening until 4pm. Inconsiderate and not compassionate employees. There’s a reason their ratings are so low

I took my 12 year old son to have his blood drawn and the treatment from the staff was very rude. I asked if they could use colored light because my son has very thin veins and she said no, that she knew what she was doing and that I should keep quiet. This person lacks professionalism and humanity, I don't know what he is doing here.

I went in two weekends in a row before closing time yet they were already closed. I called numerous times to make an appointment and reserve a spot to make sure that wouldn't happen again. No I'm ever answered my call. Do better.

My first time visiting this location, I came in on a Monday, at approximately 2:40pm without an appointment & was out the door by 3:10. I used the express check-in, had the pleasure of getting Nurse Channing as my phlebotomist, who was extremely friendly polite professional and very good with the needle. She's an asset to your company, unquestionably. This is my new go to for my labs in this area.When you walk in the front door use the far left elevator to the second floor.
