The new owners of this KwikKar are fantastic!!! In general, I do not care for KwikKar & other Lube type repair shops like Jiffy Lube & Meineke. I even had a bad experience at this location years ago. Gratefully, This location has new & wonderful owners who have been honest & very helpful.
I have had warranty work done by them. My warranty company is not easy to deal with & these awesome guys have advocated & even fought for me getting the necessary repairs approved!!! If ya’ll had a bad experience with the previous owners, please don’t hold it against these guys. I highly recommend giving these new owners a try. I am completely satisfied & happy with the service & care from the KwikKar guys at this location.

BEWARE! If you use this establishment for any type of service, DO NOT LEAVE ANYTHING OF VALUE IN YOUR CAR! My daughter went with a friend to get her oil changed on June 5th. Right before going there, they stopped for lunch and paid for lunch with cash. She had more cash than she would normally carry because she was going on a trip with a ministry she is involved with. She knew exactly how much was in her wallet. Her wallet apparently came out of her purse and was in the passenger floorboard and she didn’t realize it until she got to the next stop after Kwik Kar. She retrieved it from the floorboard and headed in the store where she went to pay for something and nearly $300 was missing. The only time the wallet was unaccounted for was at Kwik Kar. She immediately went up there to ask if they “found” the money and was met by the manager Andrew who said he would go ask. She peered around the corner to see what was happening and he was laughing with the workers he was supposed to be checking with. I feel certain they saw two 20 year old girls and thought they could get away with it. I went up the next morning and was assured the owner would be in contact with me and would get video to me but was out of town. I called to follow up several times, but was told again the owner was out of town. The owner still has not reached out to make this right nearly a month later. The video was finally sent by Andrew but you can’t see what goes on in the car, but an employee was in the passenger seat for a few minutes. This establishment is shady and they are thieves or they employ thieves. Either way I was heartbroken for my college age daughter who had been saving for this trip.

Me and the wife came to this place right when it opened the people there were so nice and we were so excited to find such a friendly place we were telling all of our friends and at our business and where we work we were telling everybody they need to go there because they do a great job but I guess all things must come to an end. A few weeks ago we did have a ninja problem they said we had bad plugs and bad coils so at the cost of $700-%800 I trusted them and have them fix it.
Last week the car would not start I had to jump start it and I took it into their shop they tested the battery and the whole system and they said it was the alternator so we went ahead and had them fix it at the costs of $1,040 which I thought was very excessive because other places charge on the average of 600 dollars but I did it anyway cuz they promised it would work. I took it home and the next morning it would not start so I went back into their shop first thing Monday morning at 8:00 a.m. they said it's my responsibility to get this car into them so I had to go by jumper cables and I got it done and took it into them. They looked at it and said that now the battery is bad so I said earlier you said the battery was okay they said yes we did but we're thinking your wife let lights on when she took it and made the battery bad I asked how much it would cost to put in a battery they said around $400 I said for a battery I called around and most places was 200 to $280 I told them and they said just take it someplace else. So I did and after 4-5 hours they worked on it found a few things wrong and they said they don't believe it was ever the alternator but I tried to see if they would get me my money back or if they would at least see if the other alternator was bad they said no I tried to call and talk to him and I never got a call back I feel bad for them.
After these problems in this $1,040 deal which I'm sure we could have taken care of if they would have listened to me they have lost all three vehicles which I had them take care of many of our customers and many other people that we have sent their way but they don't really care about that it's only to make money from just one person and then kick them out the door I just wanted other people to see how they will be treated if they go to this shop.

Very disappointed with the service. After my oil change, the filter was loose and spilling oil the next day. Had to get it replaced. Was grossly over-quoted for a water pump installation. Previously had a minor AC repair here and they damaged a tube causing the pressure to increase and now the entire AC system needs to be replaced. Spent a lot of money here only for my truck to leave in worse condition.

Worst service ever. The manager is trash. The workers lack experience and dont have any idea what they’re doing. Went for a/c check and the manager refused. He said I “might” have a radiator leak… isn’t it your job to figure out with certainty if that’s the problem? ..never coming here again.
RESPONSE TO OWNERS COMMENT:
1. The manager was there. I saw him.
2. The worker ask the manager if he could top off my coolant but the manager said the coolant on hand is for when customers pay for a full service, like an oil change.
3. I explained to the worker I was willing to pay for the coolant but I don’t currently need an oil change. The worker told the manager. The worker returned to me and said the manger won’t allow him provide only coolant so he topped with WATER!!!!! ?
I went 7 minutes away to a different location. I explained the situation. I bought coolant. They topped it off AND explained to me to check the coolant levels in 2 days. If the levels are lower, there could be a possible leak. THAT IS HOW YOU TREAT A VALUED CUSTOMER.

The man told me it would be a 10 minute oil change , it turned to a hour and 15 minutes , and for a minute they weren’t even working on my car . I didn’t mind waiting , but once I asked you for the estimated time and you said ten minutes that’s what I expected .. slow service and they don’t tell you the full total or prices .. they just do the work that you didn’t ask them to do and make you pay ..

This is the best place to get your state inspection and oil changes. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They assisted with the inspection despite the minor damage to the vehicle that a claim had been filed on. The oil changes are quick and affordable. Hands down, best service!!
