Sad that this Kroger isn’t even trying to compete with the new HEB. No less than 8 employees standing around a long line at the self checkouts, which are the only lanes open in the regular evening hours. Would love for this store to be better so there is a good alternative to the HEB zoo.

This store does not accept Tmobile. If you have Tmobile, you cannot use their digital coupons as the store blocks Tmobile signals throughout the store, despite Tmobile working perfectly on ever side of the store.

This review serves two purposes: 1. To thank and recognize LIZ who apparently in is the ONLY person at the customer service desk who knows how to operate a fax machine and charge for pages sent; not even RACHEL the store manager was willing to do that, but most interesting was the way she replied COME BACK IN AN OTHER DAY!!! When Liz was off and the other 2 replacement coworkers did not how to do it neither. I’m wondering where is the. VALUE CUSTOMER SLOGAN IN KROGER ??? in three different days and time I wen to this store and was not possible to fax my documents. With the new big competitor just across the street, at least the customer service quality, politeness and creating positive experiences should be a priority at any merchant .

Love to shop at this location Sometime. Today 6/11/24 visiting for registration renewal for my car, it was quick service. Thank Andrea who helping me at Customer Service Center.

If you want to be completely ignored and disrespected call this store. I called about a simple inquiry about balloons and got no help whatsoever. Absolutely terrible customer service!

Tim who is over the beer/wine section is always the sweetest and so helpful!!! Every encounter I’ve had with him has been a great experience. Goes out of his way to get answers and assist with whatever I need.

The worst management on earth , manages with clipboards instead of leading by example . I been going to this store since opening and i haven never seen employee being trained , they just throw these kids in there . Will not shop there ever again , hopefully you sales go down even more .

WOW!!! This location has completely turned around under the management of Abraham! I can't believe how much cleaner it is. The produce is absolutely beautiful. The employees are friendly and actually acknowledge you throughout the store. It was so dirty and everything was displaced before. The atmosphere of the store feels different. He is friendly and connected. Great job Abraham! ?? ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This Kroger has been my Kroger for years and now that is no longer! Finally HEB is here and it’s such a better experience and better pricing! This Kroger RARELY has any staff available! Self checkouts are forced being only 1-2 registers are EVER opened! Good luck ever finding help anywhere in the store! I give it 6-12 months before this location closes!

Love Kroger, especially their Marketplace stores like this one. Their own name brand is usually high quality and for those rare items a bit lacking, I can always go to the name brand, unlike a certain overcrowded and over hyped store across the street.

Happy grand opening day to HEB across the street! The ONLY reason I came to Kroger was because I didn’t have time to wait in line at HEB! I almost left with no groceries because the self checkout accused me of stealing FIVE times! The attendant had to come over each time and watch a video of me scanning my groceries and NOT stealing! I would say if you don’t want people stealing maybe you should have enough workers to open the actual lanes but soon enough everyone will be shopping across the street anyways!
