You definitely got idiots working here. Not saying all of them are only because the guy that helped me yesterday was knowledgeable.
So I placed an Instacart order(I had a coupon and I picked up the order myself) and was told I have until 9pm to pick up. I had an emergency so I couldn’t come in before 9 pm but I called at 8:50 pm asking to see if I can come in at 9:05pm and they had told me everyone left from the grocery pickup area so the manager working that night said that I would have to come back tomorrow to pick up my order. I came back the next day and turns out they canceled my order.
So I called Instacart and they were able to submit another order. I went the next day and nobody was in the parking spots, NOBODY, only I. So I checked in, 5 minutes go by, and nobody has been outside. 4 cars then show up and they all get attended before I did.
Like are Instacart users being neglected? Instacart users, avoid this Kroger! I won’t be coming back to this Kroger for sure, they are horrible with service.

am a regular customer of Kroger and not big on reviews; I usually get regular breakfast items and always go by the bakery area to look for some specific sweet bread that has not been available for the last five months. I ask the employees for help looking for that particular item, and they keep telling me it is unavailable.
Today, Tatum was at the bakery area, and while I couldn't find the bread again, I decided to make it and attempt to ask again if the bread was available. Tatum explained that it is not always available and offered to give me a sample of the ones with a similar flavor to my daughter's and me. Well, it was perfect, and now I have found my next favorite flavor.
I am glad some employees still love what they do and understand customer service! May means little to many customers, but to me, it was enough that I needed to share the great experience with others.

If you look even slightly different from the "average norm" Do NOT shop here. I was followed around the store for over 2 hours all because I'm a very Indecisive person about what I get. The staff were on my heels constantly I started getting a panic attack and tried walking away but I got more panic about leaving my stuff for other people to clean up. I left my inhaler in my car but the panic was far to in for me to even walk. WORST Experience of my life.
How could you people think this is ok?

If you open at 6:00 all the doors should open. Came in for one thing and had to cross the entire store twice because only one set of doors were unlocked and one one set of registers were open.

Getting a little hesitant to shop at this Kroger. Be careful of the dairy section. Make sure to check the expiration dates. I found a gallon of milk today with a Jan 23rd expiration! Today is Feb 12th! Found expired Yakult a while back. Maybe time to find a Dairy Manager!

There is constantly people in the front of the store, soliciting for money for fake fraudulent activities. And every time you report it, the managers do nothing. We have the right to go to a grocery store without being accosted by a hustler!
