This is the second time in two months that I have received poor-quality meat from this establishment. I recently purchased shrimp and upon opening the package at home, I noticed an unpleasant odor, indicating that the product was not fresh. I am disappointed that the employee in the meat department did not detect the odor and remove the product from the shelves. It appears that H-E-B is the only grocery store that consistently provides high-quality meat products. Extended customer service till 9 or 10 so people can get they money back when yall screw up I shouldn't have to wait give me what I give yall.

I just wish they had more on the floor. I don't know if its an issue with corporate or with local management, but no one would help me. I did find good cheese.

Good place to get your groceries but standard kroger parking lot the spaces are suitable for mini coopers and smart cars

I love this store. They always have a great selection of foods at a decent price. The employees are nice but they always seem beat down and I get it. I work retail as well so it may be an issue with management. I've witnessed a couple of unprofessional outbursts from supervisors and I'm like: "Really dude? It's not that serious."

Terrible customer service at 6:20 the guy who was supposed to be working the seafood just disappeared because I said that I was looking . I am tired of the terrible service here .

Shady practices at this Kroger, they ring up squash as eggplants (which is more expensive ), have 15 items in kart but I was charged for 16, ice cream says special price but rings up full price however nothing is done about it until I run back to the isle and take a picture of their price it's ridiculous takes an hour to check out

Teressa was rude- was waiting in customer service for more than 10 mins didn’t even acknowledge people in the line waiting and kept chit chatting with co workers so the bell was rang and she got snappy and had an attitude and said someone would assist and end up assisting because the person she said would come back never did. No greet just said “how may I help you”

Horrible customer service experience. I waited 30 minutes at customer service for help and kept asking cashiers for some assistance. They helped just fine. They called on the intercom for a manager to customer service. Nobody showed up. There were no signs anywhere about the status of customer service. Finally, after waiting 40 minutes, 3 to 4 women walk out from around the corner, presumably the break room, laughing hysterically and having the time of their lives. They see me and a few others waiting at customer service with the phone ringing constantly for 10 minutes and just yell out, "Customer service is closed. The system is down." I can understand if the system is down and nothing can be done. What I find suspicious is that none of the other employees were informed of this, and there were no signs posted to turn away anyone from the customer service area. The "manager" just kicked us all out for some convenient reason. She was behaving very rudely and ghetto. I would hope that the district manager do something about this sooner or later because I see no reason anyone should have to be treated like this by management. If nothing else, the management and customer service employees need some serious retraining.

This review is for the Pharmacy. In that department is a man named Tito (I believe that is his name) he is VERY kind and EXTREMELY helpful. Most pharmacy employees are very short and sometimes rude which I can understand. That is an extremely high pressure job. Again, I will continue to go to this Kroger Pharmacy specifically because Tito is at that location.

I can't believe it but Kroger gets even worse. You at least used to be able to use digital deals more than once a week. Now I just spent 20 minutes trying to check out only to find out that's not the case anymore. The soda prices are already robbery but then only allow the deals to be used on them once a week? Nope! I'm done. I can't wait for HEB to open up. I hope they shut all these crooked stores down in the area. I know it's an issue with corporate and not the store itself but unless we stop shopping at these stores nothing will change. Costco will be getting my business from now on.

I got a bruise on my shin from the buggy wheels constantly locking up while walking and me kicking it as a result. Should have just went to Albertson's.
