Fast service (ready before the stated day), top quality, great communications. I'll certainly use them to do the clothing work that is important to me. Oh, and I consider their charges very reasonable for the quality of service.

I love Kite’s Cleaners. I have a disability and I love that they have a drive up window. The staff is always so nice and I feel like we are friends. I love that they take extra care of my clothes. After my daughter got married, they preserved her wedding dress and did an excellent job.

Can I say sticker shock! 4 mens button up shirts, a shacket type mens shirt, lastly a woman's pair of trousers. 6 items cost $78. The mens shirts were $12 a shirt for dry cleaning. Outrageous pricing! They are not upfront with pricing although they require a card on file. Pricing is more than double from what I experienced at other dry cleaners. Dry cleaning was dry cleaning, nothing extra special done. If you wanna save some coin try somewhere else.

Terrible experience with Kite's. They used to do quality work but not the same now. We entrusted them with a family heirloom from WWII that they insured us they could handle. After 3 attempts, we still couldn't believe the lack of quality workmanship. No concern, only excuses. The manager was of no help at all. No refund offered or given, only a store credit! Why would we go back? Do NOT trust them with your your special garments. Incredibly disappointed.

Failed to deliver clothes on time! Your time it takes to do a pair of jeans & shirt is already 24hrs more then most places. Then supposed to be ready by 5pm & is not. leaving town at 4am tomorrow without my clothes! Absolutey HORRIBLE customer service & the lady at the counter was ridiculous. will NEVER be back.

I get this dry cleaner a one star, I wish I could go less. I spent $23 $10 for a pair of pants to get extra starch with the line going down the middle. I don't think anything was done. I believe they would just put on a hanger and plastic for me to come back and pick up almost 2 Days Later. Now I have to start them, I want my money back and I will never go there again. You want something done right? Well you got to do it yourself. Or, take your garments to the hood and they will be ready the next following day and be so starched that you couldn't even get your leg in them. That's what I'm talking about starch. This place is not worth the money it's, it is not worth the paper it's printed on. I want my money back and don't go there, unless you enjoy getting ripped off. Well s*ht....

Just moved here. Called to ask about getting our drapes/curtains dry cleaned. The lady who answered said she didn't know what they charge then hung up. When I called back, she said it was by the inch but no idea what they charge and to maybe call back another time. You just lost a potential customer and hopefully many more who read this spot on review. If you treat potential customers like that, why would I want to step in your store?

Literally stunned by how amazing their service is! From start to finish they were GREAT and clothes came back pristine! Just received a hand written note in the mail saying thank you for using their service! Very impressed!
