I looked at the reviews from the past years and saw the reviews were mostly good. That's why I decided to patronize this location. Unfortunately, things have changed over the years. Service as a whole has gone down.I only had the interior portion of the vehicle cleaned.The outside was not touched ... The price that was initially quoted was 30.00 ... I looked over the vehicle and noticed debris still in the floor portion of the car, and on the passenger side, there was still napkins and such between the seat & seat belt. Extremely unsatisfactory.At the end of the service, I gave the gentleman $40 cash, and of course, I asked for change.To my astomishment, one of the employees (the one whose work was less than subpar) kept 5.00 of my money. Which I can only assume he felt was a tip. Which was presumptuous on his behalf. It's actually stealing. I won't be going back to this location.

Not worth $45. No sparkle, no shine, was not cleaned thoroughly on the inside. Not to mention there was an odor in my car when I got back in it. I had to go get some spray and ride around to air it out. What in the world? So I paid $45 for soap and water. My mom went a week ago and they did a great job on her car and charged her cheaper and she has a SUV. That's why I went. I guess it depends who works there that day. I can't afford the gamble so I won't be back.
