We have stayed at this hotel several times and this time was not that great. The amount we paid for a one night was high and then to have miscellaneous charges on top of that and to have some at the hotel trying to reach out to me and explain why charges and not respond to my request for a callback or anything. I have been an IHG member for over 12 years and I am disappointed with this situation. We will definitely be taking our business elsewhere for family and special occasions. BYE BYE IHG

Great experience during my stay here! Staff was nice and accommodating very welcoming. Hotel is clean and smells wonderful, rooms were clean and amenities were provided. The restaurant in the hotel is amazing! Food is flavorful and the staff is so friendly! Gym is clean and has what you need for a good work out! Love the area it’s really beautiful! Will stay again!

We booked a suite for one night while seeing a show at Bass Hall. The location is excellent for anything downtown. I prebooked a room including breakfast. We were able to eat downstairs (a la carte style). Unfortunately, parking is pricey (valet is $45) and you cannot have the breakfast as room service (though it is the same menu). There was a lovely large soaking tub and robes for use.Rooms: The suite is very nice size. There is a full living room, large bathroom with soaking tub and separate bedroom. The beds are super soft and have very soft pillow. We were close to the elevator, which is quite noisy as it is original to the building. I would request a room further from the elevator.Noteworthy details: They had some very cool historic artifacts and binocular telescope (on the reception floor, 24). Great views. And really fun for kids and adults!

This hotel was lovely. Went for a work conference and the food and service for my 3 day trip was really great. My main complaint was the temperature control in the rooms and around the hotel. Now I was there during a very cold front so it’s possible that was the contributor. I did not have control over the thermostat in my room and many of my colleagues had the same issue. The first night I set it to 65 but the heat was on and steady at 71. I didn’t sleep. I asked 4 times for the thermostat to be adjusted and it didn’t happen until my 3rd night. The conference areas were hit with blaring heat and the bathrooms freezing. The staff here was super friendly and helpful. The rooms were comfy and clean, with daily cleaning which is nice considering most hotels only so once every few days now. Location was convenient to walk around downtown Fort Worth.

My husband and I stayed here while visiting Fort Worth. The location is great, very walkable to lots of restaurants. The staff we encountered were so friendly and helpful. The rooftop bar and bartender were great. We also added breakfast each morning, and it was a good start to our day.

My wife and I spent a week at The Harper over the New Year weekend and now consider it one of the best stays in a hotel we've ever had! We look forward to going back. Our corner room had good views, we love the architecture in downtown Fort Worth. Everything was clean and housekeeping kept it that way all week. Beautiful walk-in shower. The front desk was always helpful, informative and friendly. Being on the top floor with Refinery 714 and the living room feel we spent quite a bit of time there, usually starting with the 5pm - 6pm social hour. We loved the bars black bean hummus plate along with a grey goose martini. The sliders came with a full plate of fries. Again the views at the top are geat. And that's where we met Stephen who all through our trip made us feel so very welcome and gave us good ideas to explore in the city. Thanks Stephen!Fort Worth is a beautiful city, so walkable, friendly, good food and easy, safe access on the train to the Dallas Fort Worth airport. And the Kimpton Harper is a gem in the city!

Bed was comfortable. The top floor bar was also a great place. Will come back.

I enjoyed a one-night stay on 12/22, and to sum it up, as a Diamond Ambassador, this Kimpton property stands out as the best in the U.S. among those I've experienced thus far. From the front desk and valet to the behind-the-scenes staff, the exceptional treatment I received was palpable, prompting me to take the time to log in to Google and compose my first-ever hotel review. For enthusiasts of art and architectural design, I would like to emphasize and commend the hotel's meticulous attention to room layout, furniture, embellishments, and overall spatial design. It is truly sophisticated, with numerous delightful surprises waiting to be discovered.A special thank you to Mr. Wayne Foster for his dedicated efforts in ensuring that I had a thoroughly pleasant stay!Looking forward to the next visit.

The female bartender was absolutely rude and condescending. She was not helpful and unwelcoming. My fiancé and I came to Fort Worth for a getaway weekend and enjoy the big town small city feel and this bar tender definitely made me feel as if I were in an urban area within a big city. Don’t recommend.

Super nice and quiet hotel downtown Fort Worth! Restaurants and coffee shops within walk-in distance. Hotel room is clean and cozy! Staff is okay. Reception in 24th floor!

Have stayed here twice, first time was stellar. Second time not living up to first. On a busy Friday at 5 PM, only one elevator was serving the first floor (even though #3 was also sitting on the first floor), so check-in traffic was backed up to the valet. Later, to save time, I used the stairs to get down from 18th floor, only to be exited into the service alley - normally no problem, but the fire exit latch was broken and if not for the handy crow bar hanging on the gate, I could have been there for a while (consider what would fire panicked people do in an emergency). Room TV has a frozen screen asking for "Registration", phone is missing the handset cord, clock is missing a battery, and I'm missing my first visit.

This is one of the nicest hotels we have stayed at. From the bar, to the staff, to the room, it is amazing! We would recommend this to anyone we know who is coming to stay in Fort Worth. Special thanks to Wayne for being so kind as we checked in! We are excited for our stay.
