An excellent stay!
This is the first IHG “premium” hotel we’ve stayed at that is actually premium! Every staff member we encountered was friendly and professional, including Anthony, the valet service manager (and his team) the gentleman that checked us in (Jake? Not sure.), bartenders Tori and Zack, who also prepared some really excellent cocktails, and the server Janelle who took great care of us at breakfast, where the food was also very good.
The facility, located in a historic building, is clean and well maintained. The room (suite) we had was clean, modern, and furnished well. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The only criticism I have is about the crazy thermostat! I suggest an instruction card be left in each room.
All in all, a great stay - we’ll be back.
The management of the Voco in Chicago and especially the Indigo in Frisco should be required to study the operations here!

I like the people at this hotel, the rooms are sublime and clean. The only problem is the air conditioning, which never turns off
The location is great, maybe a little noisy but it's still a nice hotel where you like to spend time
I always enjoy going there
Well done and thank you to the whole team

Zak the bartender upstairs at Refinery 714, is a gem of a bartender! He’s very knowledgeable about where everything and anything is at in the area. Funny and witty conversations. And makes an incredible espresso martini! Visiting the bar while Zak is working will be a 10/10 for you.
Nearby activities: 5/10 minutes to everything in FW.
Safety: Very safe and clean
Walkability: Two blocks from the convention center and Sundance Square
Food and drinks: Food and drinks were 10/10

Nice big rooms. Cool vibe at the bar/lounge on the top floor. Just save your time and go get your own car on Sunday morning at check out.

I loved this historic hotel. The reception area is beautiful with a great view. Front desk staff was wonderful. Luxury toiletries and fluffy linens and robes. The bed was extremely comfortable. Just wish there was a coffee maker in the room.

I went to the 24th floor to do a little work while in between meetings downtown. The front desk staff was super attentive, present, and accommodating. The views were amazing and so fun to “work from home.” Highly recommend if you’re looking for a fun spot to post up at! Stefan and Jessica - y’all are awesome!

I only got to stay one night at this point, historic hotel, but I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The lobby is on the 24th floor, so you get a kind of fun, unexpected view while you're checking in the gentleman Manning the desk was very kind that it caused a problem, and you already know the building is rather old upon check-in, so I don't think it was unexpected at all. Kimpton's linens, as usual, we're superlative overall, I will try and stay here the next time I'm in town.

I give the Kimpton Parker all five stars. The hotel is a beautiful use of the old Fort Worth Farmers and Mechanics Bank Building ( built 1914) and is very well done. Our suite was nicely appointed and was cool and relatively quiet for a downtown hotel. My wife raved about the shower which contained the shower and a separate tub in the same glass enclosure. The service was tremendous. The clerk at check-in was friendly and helpful and the other staff were very responsive. There are no coffee makers in the rooms but they brought one to us upon request. Il Modo is the excellent Italian restaurant in the hotel and they also serve an excellent brunch! When I needed an antacid tablet at 2 am, the valet (Taron) walked to the AC Hotel nearby and brought me some, truly going above and beyond! This place is located near several downtown features. I heartily recommend this hotel as a great place to stay!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Kimpton Harper, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish.
First and foremost, Tory, the bartender, is an absolute gem. Her skill and creativity behind the bar are truly impressive, and she always greets you with a warm smile and a friendly conversation. Whether you're in the mood for a classic cocktail or something unique, Tory never disappoints.
The property itself is stunning. The attention to detail in the decor and the overall ambiance make it a beautiful place to stay. Every corner of the hotel exudes elegance and comfort, making it a perfect retreat.
A special mention has to go to Rana Papson, the property manager. Her dedication to ensuring every guest has an outstanding experience is evident. She is approachable, professional, and always willing to go the extra mile to accommodate any request. Rana's leadership is clearly reflected in the seamless operation of the hotel.
The food at the bar is another highlight. Each dish is prepared with care, offering a delicious variety that caters to all tastes. Whether you're there for a quick bite or a full meal, you won't be disappointed.
Lastly, the front desk staff deserve a shout-out for their friendliness and efficiency. From check-in to check-out, they are always ready to assist with a smile, making the entire process smooth and pleasant.
Overall, the Kimpton Harper is a top-notch destination that I highly recommend. With amazing staff like Tory and Rana, beautiful surroundings, and excellent amenities, it’s a place that truly stands out.
Noteworthy details: The hotel is easy to find, has valet parking, and is within walking distance of most things you will want to do downtown.

The lack of quality control was evident instantly upon entering the room. The expectation and experience was not at all what I expected. The bathroom floor and counter hadn’t been thoroughly cleaned. The shower had a buildup of grime and rust in the corners and the shower door wasn’t sealed right so water would leak. The shower faucet was also leaking. There was a frequent beep that went off in the room every hour or so. I was there on business and needed to iron my clothes however there wasn’t an iron in the room, only a steamer. I was going to use the steamer but the water reservoir was filled with mold and mildew. In addition, I was traveling alone and as a female, seeing that the second security latch on the door was ripped off and missing made me feel extremely unsafe. With the latch missing and the faint beeping I was paranoid if perhaps there was a camera or something in the room or something happened in the room where the door had been pushed in causing the latch to break off.

Hands down
I was once a loyal Marriott Bonvoy member, but my recent experience has completely changed my perspective. My husband and I traveled to Fort Worth for a family emergency, and during this difficult time, Sean and Wayne have been incredible. The emotional strain has been immense, but the level of care we've received here has been truly remarkable. Additionally, we recently welcomed a new baby, and the support from the staff has been outstanding.
I cannot praise this hotel enough. It has made me reconsider my long-standing loyalty to Marriott and Hyatt. Kimpton offers a unique, boutique atmosphere and has gone above and beyond to ensure not only our comfort but also that of our 4-year-old daughter, our nanny, and our newborn. The countless thoughtful touches make this place stand out from the usual corporate hotels. It feels more personal and genuine, with everyone from the bellman to the bartenders and front desk staff showing they genuinely care.
I am absolutely thrilled with our stay. Whenever we return to Fort Worth, there’s no question—we’ll be staying here again.
