This review is only for the BUYING/SELLING process!!!! (The shop itself is great!) while initially, the signup to sell clothes was smooth and streamlined, and we made sure to follow each of their specific instructions as to the care and layout of the clothes in order for them to be looked at for purchase, it was not until we were called back and told that they were being passed up (which, in all reality would have been fine, if the reasons being excessive wear, stains and missing pieces were the actual truth of what we had brought them which is was not - especially given that their guidelines for even reviewing clothes are so particular!!) anyways, the two young ladies who gave my back my children’s clothes were not friendly, forgiving or explanatory of the process not did they offer any sort of compassion or critique for next time. When I asked why did we not return the clothes the way we found them (being that things were required to have no wrinkles, lay flat-pressed and be freshly washed) and my children’s clothes looked like my toddlers themselves had just rummaged through them, I received under the breath comments about me trippin. This entire experience was truly so disappointing as we were hoping to be able to rely on some of this help to get winter things for our two toddlers. Regardless, not sure I would try to here again unless your child has only ever worn something once.

Don’t sell at this location! Warning you before you waste your time like I did. The Weatherford location will compensate you more fairly. I feel completely ripped off by this location. Pretty sad.

My husband was going to guitar Center. I happen to see store next door. I’ve recently received custody of my 2 1/2 year-old granddaughter. She was in need of some things. I thought I would just go in and look around first thing I saw when I walked in the door all the beautiful hair bows ,you had for the girls, I found items I could not resist,Everything was so nice especially your staff .

It's been three times since I bought there and I went last week and bought more than $300 dollars. I went today and I didn't have my points for a 20% discount. They talked to the manager and she said she was going to check what happened and well, no, she definitely didn't tell me. is liking
