Terrible customer service at this particular location. We went in and were not greeted one time, by any of their staff members. We saw how other customers were greeted immediately after walking in and wondered when or if we ever going to be acknowledged. News flash, nobody ever did. So we left.

I have been shopping at Kendra Scott for YEARS and have never experienced this type of TERRIBLE service. I came in to ask about possible a necklace repair (one that I had spend over $1000 at Kendra Scott might I add), and the attendant who had a tattoo sleeve up her arm, met me with a NASTY attitude. I was extremely shocked. She treated me as if I had stolen from Kendra Scott. I then went to another Kendra Scott location and was treated perfectly. I believe that this location needs to work on their customer service and ways that they will treat their customers moving forward. Furthermore, I will never be coming here again.

Terrible experience. Lady who attended to me (tattoos on right arm) was very rude and sarcastic when talking to me. I politely waited for her to help me and she treated me poorly and did not even end up helping me. If you live in Fortworth you are better off going to ANY other location. I am extremely disappointed especially since I have been shopping with Kendra Scott for over a decade.

They didn't have what I was looking for which obviously isn't their fault but they made me feel very unwelcomed. I realize I wasn't very dressed up nor was I carrying my expensive bag but still a customer shouldn't be made to feel out of place. I have gone to other locations in the state after working out and completely in disarray and they were gracious and helpful. Won't return to this location.

I wish I could give them a zero, especially for the customer service! I purchased a necklace for my birthday and was misinformed on the stone I had chosen for my necklace, turns out it’s just glass. I went to exchange for a proper stone and they told me “oh no, birthday sales are final sales”. I told them nobody told me this at checkout. They said that they would make a one time exception. I simply ask them why they don’t tell their customers that it’s final sale on birthday items and they gave me the most rudest and ugliest look. I offered them some feedback like, hey could you please let the customers know when the sale is final and the girl that was helping me just looked at me with a super judgmental face and was like well thanks for your feedback we will consider it. Never coming back to this location again, do better!!

“Tik Tok” trends can definitely be overwhelming especially during the holiday season, but to make multiple customers aware of your deep dislike is unwarranted and unwelcoming.

Y'all! I had the most *delightful* experience at Kendra Scott today. I went in to purchase something to celebrate my birthday and not only found the perfect piece of jewelry, but also was greeted with so much warmth and kindness. It made shopping so much fun and I am so grateful for the kind stylist who helped me - I wish I had caught her name! Thanks so much, Kendra Scott! I will definitely be back.
