JWJ Electronics Did A Amazing Job Fixing My Laptop screen, I am truly happy that I got my laptop repaired other places was charging a lot and JWJ Electronics gave me a good price to repair my screen and 4 day to get repair and was totally worth the wait :) I highly recommend this place ! I was searching for a desktop, so I could use it for personal/part-time remote jobs. I went in with a list of specifications that needed the desktop to include, and they were so nice and patient. They had a variety of options I was so happy, I was about to spend more than $600 on just a PC w/o a monitor/keyboard/ mouse at a big-box store(s). They tested the monitors, and turned it on to make sure everything looked/worked good. Extremely affordable, I purchased a whole set that included a huge Dell monitor, they also added a keyboard and mouse all right under $200! I am very happy to find this place, and this business will forever be go-to for any computer needs! Thank you so much yall! A special shout-out to (Leilani) I believe was her name, she was an angel!!

I've bought several computers from them over the years. Recently bought an 2018 HP EliteDesk 800 Gen4 Intel i5 800 Gen4 with Win11 Home system from them. It had a problem and they replaced it with a similar EliteDesk 800 Gen4 but upgraded it to an Intel i7 800 Gen4 Win11 Pro system! Their used computer prices are very competitive when compared to online sites, and will work with you to make you happy. Thank you Walt & to "B" for the great service. JoeP.S. I wanted to add my old DVI monitor to this system, and Walt found me a DVI to DisplayPort connector and didn't charge me for it. Thanks Walt. I will come back.

I took my laptop in for repairs because the hard drive on it was failing it was a rather old laptop but I upgraded it with a one TB hard drive and Windows 10I paid over $200 for this upgrade.When I got the laptop home I started getting error messages about the graphics card I went online and got the graphics card driver to update the graphics card and I continue to get error messagesAfter a month of error messages and trying to fix the problem myself. The laptop stopped functioning I took the laptop back to jwj. After a few days two to be exact they called me and said that I had a bad logic board and that it would cost me an additional 125 to $150 to transfer my 1tb hard drive to a newer laptop.My only question about this situation is if it was a bad logic board why did it wait for over a month before it went out? you would have thought that the professionals would have thoroughly checked the logic board to make sure that everything was working correctly and since the laptop was that old according to them then why didn't they suggest something newer when I brought it in the first time?they didn't care that I had already invested over $200 into getting this one running nor did they offer me a discount on any newer modelThis was a totally bad experience that cost me over $200 my advice to anyone using jwj is ask plenty of questions and don't just drop your equipment off.In the future I will be shopping for a new laptop or desktop somewhere else since jwj didn't care or want my business

We found charging cables for a couple of old laptops. This shop has excellent selection of old and some new computer parts and refurbished computers and laptops. Great prices and service, they can repair almost anything. This is a jewel of a store. Love it.

Great place to get your electronics or get something fixed; I bought an iMac which works perfectly. I had an issue with the screen of a Macbook Pro that I have and they were able to fix it at a reasonable price then it stopped working but they were able to replace it for free
