THE JPS STOP SIX CLINIC IN FORT WORTH TEXAS IS THE WORSE PLACE TO BE TREATED AT,THE AFRICAN AMERICAN NURSES AND SOME HISPANIC WORKERS ARE REALLY NOT EDUCATED TO BE IN THE POSITIONTHEY ARE IN, ESPECIALLY AT THE FRONT CHECK IN DESK I GUESS WHEN YOU GO TO A HOOD CLINIC THEM ARE THE TYPE OF RESULTS YOU RECEIVE.THE WOMENTHAT CHECKS YOU IN AT THE FRONT DESK IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND VERY VERY RUDE. I ADVISE ANYONE IF YOU CAN SWITCH CLINICS DO SO.ASAP

Each time I go, whenever I had a follow up appointment scheduled to see my health care physician (very kind & laidback provider), the employees working at that JPS location have never given me any kind of issues at all as far as I can remember… it’s the other patients who tend to stir up minor problems with the doctors there. Other than that, my visits never take too long & neither do the waiting times while the pharmacists are re-filling up my prescription. At first, I wouldn’t know where to go or where I was supposed to be at in the building since each part of the building’s interior looks similar & there’s no signs showing which department your located in but otherwise, I think the services & assistance found/given here are wonderful!

Our dental experience was disappointing very disappointing, my mom who had an infection and did dental work very serious ones her whole life on all her teeth was in need of an extraction treatment and the doc refused to do extraction until getting clearance from a medical doctor for a extraction which is the simplest procedure ever ??? my mom did root canal and crown all her teeth and never had any issue and now this doc made it hard for us I felt she even didn’t seem to want to give antibiotics to my mom who has an abscess I told her if she drainage it she said no need the size is small ?? I asked for antibiotics even and she did prescribe it thank you for not scheduling her and send my mom with infected tooth and abscess home until we get a clearance from medical doctor so I need looking for a medical clearance and I explained to her assistant to ask her because mom has no pcp at JPS and all of doctor appointments are for next several months at least make a note of urgent so I can make emergency appointments but the doc did not even do that. We either have to take mom to privet clinics even though mom has no incomeor just wait until a pcp available and pray for her infection to go away … how can a doctornot understand and have empathy for a patient her assistant was very nice and understanding though … ?

The Dr and nursing staff should do better in communicating with one another about patients meds and health issues. It makes no sense to get calls several weeks later about side effects of meds and getting alternative meds to suffice your needs. And why I'm in an uncleaned room!!!

This place needs more staff and organization. It makes no sense that a patient that has mental issues can't get their prescription on time, waiting a week or more because the Dr. can't get it right! REALLY!!

The lab techs are always nice and do a good job despite the fact I'm a hard stick! Ms. Betty in the pharmacy is really sweet! She even gave me a Christmas card! But, the best has to be my PCP, Dr. Saverine. He is the kindest, friendliest, caring, most dedicated doctor I've ever had! He goes above and beyond and has spent more time trying to put the pieces together for the multiple issues my body has than any other doctor I've ever had.

If I would known stop 6 is jps never would gone as I specifically said for wellness exam so they charging me for pap smear and set up as new patient instead. Tried charge 10 x amount even with insurance jps 5 yrs ago and on record still says owe $16k when that insurance disputed yet on my file saying owe and may be in collections. Barely any drs not with jps that accepts ambetter unfortunately. Least called insurance so make sure only go medical city for hospital. Can't believe only 2 diff dr places not with jps ambetter accepts

I made an appointment at 4:40 and arrived at 4:50 and they said they were closed. Really? I couldn’t get there early enough because of a car accident. Lady I spoke to was rude. Why give an appointment time close to the time you guys close?
