I would put zero if I could. This nurse practitioner left me undiagnosed untreated for ecoli. I had a back injury was sent to physical therapy before a a new CT or MRI that wound me up admitted to Baylor for 6 days the first time I walked into my new drs office. I'm in 2 stage kidney failure because she did not treat my ecoli and it killed my kidneys. She was not authorized to work in the building on hulen and altemesa per a conversation I heard on speaker between her and my insurance company . Rhoda Stevens is a nurse practitioner not a Dr and highly needs more education and to properly work under a medical Dr or go back to school and get hers medical Dr license. I say run from this office. I see excellent drs who treat me now. Literally when I went to my new Dr I was admitted to Baylor hospital I've since had 2 surgeries and doing much better. Run from Rhoda Stevens run!

I have been a patient for over 3 years. My service had been very good the first year. The last 2 years have a nightmare. They continuously cancel/reschedule appointments. I had my last follow up 4 months ago and have still not had my refills called in. My pharmacy called me over a month ago complaining that they had been contacting the office every way possible with no response! I am looking for a new PCP. I am on 12 prescriptions and I have slowly run out of every medication I need. They keep promising to call them in, then nothing happens. I AM DONE!

Just had the best experience. Staff was amazing and helpful and dealt with a lengthy call to my insurance for me. NP Stevens spoke to me for 45 minutes carefully detailing all of my concerns and creating a plan to work on every thing step by step. I was super nervous going in and just left so thankful that I was sent to her!!

Nurse Rhoda Stevens is great! Very observant, compassionate, and willing to do what it takes to treat each individual patient as its own experience; she never just assumes. HOWEVER, her office secretary (help)/ appt scheduler LYDIA is THE WORST! She is argumentative, incompetent, and a HORRIBLE representation of Jordan Family Clinic on behalf of nurse Stevens! That is the ONLY complaint I have but it’s major because this is the 3rd time I’ve had a hard time trying to call and schedule an appt with Nurse Stevens and have her speak to me in a condescending manner! With Lydia setting the hostile tone from that point of the conversation on it’s catty instead of professional and conducive to my better health or the success of their business! Also, I personally do not at all trust anyone like her with my medical information! Lydia your APPEARANCE and attitude is UGLY!

NP Stevens does extensive blood tests for thyroid and Lupus that most primary doctors do not do. She is patient and more knowledgeable than a lot of other hospitals/clinics. She knew about a neurological scan that even my neurologists did not know about.

The providers are nice but there is one person who answers the phone her name is LYDIA, she is extremely rude and and is very hard to deal with...I have made one complaint already nothing has been done about it so I’m making the decision to take my children out of this clinic! I refuse to deal with this kind of customer service! I gave the 1 star for the providers!

I absolutely love this clinic. Everyone there is so friendly, caring and knowledgeable. They always know exactly how to answer any questions or concerns that I have and take the absolute best care of me. I highly recommend the Jordan family clinic to everyone!!

Rhoda is the absolute best NP I have ever dealt with. She treated me and my entire family with kindness, respect, and was extremely thorough with everything. There was no wait time and she had us out within good timing. I look forward to having her as our NP for many years to come.
