Went here for an inspection I told Joseph Banks that I had to jumpstart my battery and that it cleared my battery information and that I had been driving all morning and asked if it was looking good, he said “yeah it’s looking good” and proceeded with the inspection. He comes to the window and says okay you failed inspection because you had to restart your battery and to keep driving, but it will still be $25 though.Then my mother called to talk to him, he kept trying to talk over her then hung up the phone on her, these people don’t know what customer service is and are just about themselvesThese people scammed me and took advantage of me. They knew what they were doing. Do not go here they will do whatever they can to get every penny out of you!!!!

OUTSIDE OF THE OWNER (JOE) THE OTHER MECHANICS ARE INEXPERIENCED. PAID FOR A GASKET JOB THAT ONLY SMOKED WORSE AFTER REPAIR. REDONE 3 TIMES AND STILL WASN'T DONE CORRECTLY.

I have never met Joe I don't even know if there is a joke but I did meet at Fred and he was awesome he was a customer he's been going there for a while now and we both think that their service is great in and out reasonable wait time plenty of magazines to look at the guy's got some hot buns
