It’s the second time I come and the store is closed. It says they open at 9 am but I have to wait in my car at least an hour and it’s still not open. I’m not the only person waiting for them to open . I also call and they never answer. They should fix their hours on the website.

I placed a pick up order and before I could get there to pick it up the order showed that I had already picked it up and my card was charged.I couldn’t get through to the store the line was constantly busy. So I called customer service. They had to refund my money then I had to replace the order. I was told it was a computer issue.

This review is to go to the manager of this store. Your customers are number one. First of all, the person came and said “Do you need help with something” I felt uncomfortable, but I told her what SecondI was appalled when I asked for help for someone to help me with finding fusible fleece and fusible interface. Instead of walking me to what I needed, they said in a rude tone “It’s over there, it’s over there. My husband and I walked out. My husband did walk back in to talk to her, and she did apologize. This should never happen to any customer.

The customer service is very friendly and informative. They had fabric on sale for $6.99 and $9.99

The selection of fabrics are limited, they are more expensive than other stores. The fabrics are not organized, you have to hunt to find what you need.

Online says open until 9 but closed before 7. Drive 30 minutes to only see it closed. Many other people were also there disappointed! Not good customer service!

Website says they are open until 9pm. Arrived at 7:05 and a sheet of paper taped inside the door said they close at 7pm. Was unable to get what I needed before my project deadline.
