I would not recommend this location. I placed an online order for pick up. Drove 25 minutes to be told in person, they didn’t have the item in stock. A heads up would have been greatly appreciated.

Store was messy. Shelves empty and almost impossible to find anything and after 20 minutes of trying to find what I needed or an employee to help me I just gave up and left. I’ll not be returning to this location.

Website stock was wrong so we drove all the way out here and they didn't have what we needed. Woman at the fabric counter was very sweet and helpful. We found a suitable alternate.
But what I'm really here to review is the bathrooms. Absolutely horrific. Both men's and lady's smelled so bad it was hard to breathe. And not "someone just had a bad poop" smell, but the longterm, bathroom hasn't been upgraded or cleaned in years smell. The trash was overflowing, the toilets were disgusting and unusable. The floor clung to our shoes. If you've ever been to a mechanic shop where it's just a single toilet that 15 guys use and no one cleans, you still haven't seen anything as bad as this Joann's bathroom.

I used to live over here and come over here all the time! I loved coming here. I was spending so much money lol.
It's so nasty here. The bathrooms were disgusting and felt like a biohazard and the store is a mess. Things are splayed everywhere and unorganized. It was not like this when I lived here in 2022-summer 2023. It just looks like they gave up.

After reading the previous reviews along with my own admission, all I can think is "what is up with this location?!"Sounds like a wellness check needs to be done with corporate. In the past, this location was always by go to. Michael's failed years ago and doesn't carry anything useful so Joanne's was my place to be besides the amazing fabrics and sales. But last night on a Monday, I had time to kill so I wandered into this location again...wow! The mess! It looked worse in some areas than others but employees were not actively cleaning/or straightening but instead playing on their phones. I didn't even get a hello. First thing that was off when I walked in. Strolled over to the planner section, clearance, t shirts and well...almost the whole store. The mess! The area where the "new items" for spring and Christmas going out was orderly but whoever is in charge of walking/keeping order has been on duty awhile. I've seen more organized thrift stores. Blink twice if you need help JOANNE! Shame.

I really wish corporate would revamp this store. It pretty large and has the room to be beautiful but this place looks like it's been looted most of the time I go in. Things are so disorganized and messy it makes me sad. I try to get what I need and get out.

Only girl who had patience for me was Savannah. The other girls were rude, would glance and laugh and ignore while walking away. Savannah was nice, helpful, gave nice tips and very sweet! Meanwhile she has to deal with coworkers who ignore and don’t help. One girl at checkout wouldn’t help me out with the coupon that was advertised in store, very short patience, she fake scanned my screen and said the coupon didn’t work, she just didn’t have patience to help out and check. When I left I read the coupon and it would’ve definitely worked with my items so I feel a bit chuffed from that. I get that it’s Sunday but it’s not my problem that you don’t want to be there. It wasn’t even busy haha so I don’t understand the attitude from everyone. (Except Savannah, she was great!)

Hello it was a pleasure talking to Celeste who was working very hard organizing the fabric. She very cute and smart and had great ideas when I asked her what fabric is best in making a quilt. Hard works like that going above and beyond I’ll be going back.

I went in and there was a brand they were selling 50% this brand art supplies and the manager was rude and saying that excludes the multi pack canvases and no where on the sign it said that so I was pissed and normally this wouldn’t bother me but when your rude to me it does. I’m a sisitve mentally young adult/ child and have special needs.
