It isn't very often nowadays that you have an excellent experience with businesses. If there were 10 Stars I would give Jennings appliance every one of them. I like being able to support local businesses I very rarely shop in the big box stores. I find it delightful this family has been in business for at least 50 years

They refuse to call me back or answer my calls. I just bought a stainless dishwasher from these guys and it doesn't work, I was told that I have a 6 month warranty, but I can't get them to come fix it.

I purchased a used washer and dryer for my TCU son and his roommates from Jenkins Appliance in August of 2020. Delivery was made the next day with a 60 minute window. We had a small issue crop up with the washer which was immediately addressed.Great pre and post sale and delivery service from thisgreat local owned Appliance business serving the greater Fort Worth area.

My family has done business with this family for 3 generations. No matter where I move I always want my appliances from Jenkins Appliances. Sunday morning I noticed my fridge wasn't getting cold. I called Greg early monday morning and by Monday afternoon I had a new fridge. Everyone is always friendly and hard working!!
