Well, I dropped off my new glasses there 5wks ago to have 1 lens remade due to the lab didn't add a vertical prism. I still have not heard anything if they're back from the lab or not. I may contact the resolution dept & file a dispute to get refunded back to my credit card. 5 wks is long enough of a wait.

The doctor was absolutely one of the best.i am a nurse so I appreciate a terrific doctor.The lady in the optical department was an angel really worked with me to get the best deals I needed 2 different glasses and she kept the cost down . I am on social security so got an amazing price. It sounds like fluff but it honest.
