I went in today with lots of questions on what I may have wanted. Yuri greeted me as soon as I walked in and was filled with answers to all of my questions! She had great recommendations to try and listened to what I wanted as well. I absolutely recommend coming in and asking for Yuri to help you out, that girl knows what she’s doing!

Took my sister to get her first bracelet and service was not great. She went back for it and the girl was extremely rude to her wouldn’t give her the bracelet even though she had proof of purchase and wanted her ID. She went back inside another lady helped her but then didn’t even give her a box or bag just handed her the item in her hand. I’m disappointed truly.

Very nice showroom and service by their representatives; the products they carry as bracelets, rings, and charms are very nice. Still waiting to see if these are quality items that will last, which can only be seen after the test of time.Nice variety, and the fact that items are soldered onto the bracelets at no charge if purchased from them is a plus; if it’s a different brand or sourced elsewhere, a very reasonable price to add it; keep in mind these items are soldered, and not just clipped on.One downside or not the best experience was the fact that our bracelet was a bit too long, and a couple of links had to be removed - when returned, and noticing how the charms were nicely placed, we did not pay attention to the removed links. When we realized a couple of days after and called, they said these would be given back to us as long as we had requested them. For some reason they could not find them, nor noticed the instructions on their part, even though the links had been removed.My point is, if something is of our property which was bought, why do we even have to ask for it to be given to us? The complete purchase should be given to us.After one or two links per bracelet, after five or 10 customers, the business basically ends up with a free bracelet made up from un-returned links.After two weeks of having purchased and picked up our goods, I am still waiting for the entirety of our purchase. We were called once, but were never called back informing of the whereabouts of our links.

Nicole, at the Alliance location, made my day. I went in with a difficult task looking for a specific chain for an existing necklace for my husband. She went above and beyond to help me find what I was looking for. She really blessed my day. Thank you, Nicole. She could have easily brushed me off and said they didn't have anything to help me but she was amazing and spent time finding what would work and used some magic to make it happen!!!

I was disappointed in the average service I received. I was the first to walk in and two others walked in behind me. A sales associates asked the two that walked in behind me how they can help. I was ignored and had to speak up to get help. I bought a pair of lab created white sapphire studs for my step son and was shocked to see them more expensive than the natural gemstone. I anticipate returning them and going to Kay Jewelers instead. I won’t be coming back to the store except to return the earrings.

I ordered the Sea Turtle from the new Southwest collection. I had some difficulty with the engraving via the online portal and the folks in the store at Alliance were able to get me the extra character I needed to make the inscription perfect! Thank you for all your assistance!

Amazing customer service! Beautiful jewelry! Durable jewelry! I wear my rings every day and I have 5 young kids at home. They are still in perfect shape, even through the daily tasks of motherhood! Totally worth the price!
