I’m very upset with my experience here. I came in wanting to purchase an anklet and the person assisting me had no type of customer service whatsoever. I understand we all have bad days but if you don’t like working retail you shouldn’t work it.

Customer service is always great and we were in and out far faster than either my wife or I expected. I think it took us longer to fight our way out of our parking spot. ;)

I bought a charm bracelet and had some charms added to it. It was quick and easy, though the worker who helped me had a bit of an attitude. Maybe just an off day though, everyone else there was nice and welcoming.

I visited JA 1/19/2024 Chapel Hill FT Worth TX, evening and manager Geovanna, helped me place charms I received for Christmas & I shared with her that I had recently lost some of my old charms, she REPLACED them without hesitation! I was blown away with her KINDNESS, these charms are so special & her doing that was simply AMAZING! Just thought I would share how awesome she is & how amazing that gesture was!

Had a great shopping experience today! Was greeted immediately and all the sales associates were very nice. Angela helped my husband and I while also making my son feel included in the process of picking out some wonderful gifts for Mothers Day!

The sales lady this morning saved me some money! Totally ignored myself & my daughter and instead approached a male shopper. We had been on the sales floor looking and waiting for assistance before the man walked in. When she did notice me, she said I’ll be with you in a bit & I guess I made a face to which she asked if I had any questions. I said nope & walked out! I work sales so I get it but I do always ask who was next waiting for help & not assume. Noticed the guy walked out a few mins after me, shame as again I was in the mind to buy.
