I was trying 2 days consistently for call can,t. Reach its so much worse i have hard time regarding irs notic but they don’t assist me 1 time please please improve it so fast thanks.

I had no problem getting to the building, bad thing is and will always be where to park. Downtown parking is a nightmare for me. Also be aware it is a federal building so there is security. Whew! Security at the County jail in not this thorough. Taking off my shoes was not enough, they had to use the wand on my leather booties while I sat on a cold metal area next to where the trays with other people’s stuff comes out of the x-ray machine. I don’t know if it was allowed to sit there but wasn’t about to stand on the cold marble floor in my socks. Just hope I don’t have to come back. Ever.

This morning at 11:00 AM, the male IRS deck clerk who was sitting first at the office entrance was very prompt, kind, clear, and knowledgeable. He listened to my request in detail and processed it very accurately, and completely within 7 minutes. Thanks.

I was on hold for only a brief amount of time which was so nice and Mr. Zavala was so kind and respectful when helping me. I was able to resolve the issue I had without any more problems or extra nonsense

I notice that most of the reviews relate to trying to get an agent on the phone. Clue: They start answering the phone at 7 AM. Call then and you'll get through. Next, you have to sell the agent on actually needing to make an appointment. Expect you will be on the phone a half hour while they check out your problem.Since writing this, we had our appointment. We were taken in by the agent at the scheduled time. We were courteously treated and were there an hour. There is a parking building directly across the street and scattered parking with an app on the street.

I had a terrible experience. Waiting for 45 minutes to get a callback. Got that got transferred to someone else only to wait 45 minutes to hear my line click. This is so disrespectful and appalling.

I had an awesome experience I made the appointment about a month and a half ago on the phone security was painless it was just a medical detector and they scan your belongings just like any court or government building. I showed up they opened the door I went line got a number but then 15 minutes I was seeing a representative and being verified I took all the paperwork that was required everything went smooth great experience Thank you.

The IRS is a joke. Let's charge everyone more and more every year and then make it virtually impossible to get in contact with someone. I won't be fileing anymore it's a waste of time and money. You deduct taxes out of my checks all year and then say I still owe??? Makes 0 sense. You can eat the $2 I owe next year. Not wasting my time on this again.

I been trying to speak with someone at the IRS called at 10am and was on hold for 2hr 30mins to be hung up on without speaking with anyone this is ridiculous and unacceptable when you are press for time now I got to go in person to speak with someone on my behalf.

I have tried 5 times to contact the IRS. Do not use the call back feature you will wait 45 minutes and then when they call back they they say hello one time and hang up. This happened twice. Then I called a third time. Only to wait 45 minutes on the phone to be hung up on twice. This present administration wants to spend our money but when it comes to helping the tax payer not so much. So here I sit again waiting. Hoping that I can actually get through to a person.
