Nice people and good prices but they are extremely slow. It took them 4 weeks to put my name and school on a jacket. A lot of my classmates took their jackets to other places that had it done in a few days. So if u need a fast embroidery I would not recommend this place.

Amazing work and quick turn around time. We purchased some totes and got some monogramming work on each bag. The quality of the bags was exceptional. We would recommend them to anyone else looking to get some embroidered materials for themselves or anyone else as a gift.

Highly recommend this establishment. I have gotten three different items embroidered with gorgeous results. Their attention to detail is superb- even monogramming in three different colors. You wait approximately 2 weeks for your items, but it is worth it! I have items embroidered elsewhere in the past and they have come out not centered or straight. I do not have to worry about that with Initially Yours. Their perfectionism rivals mine. Thank you1

Everyone at this store was fantastic! I needed some tumblers monogrammed with a difficult logo and they worked through the problem to make my gifts turn out perfect. They worked with my timeline AND wrapped them so pretty!

The owner is kind and professional, and she makes an effort to connect with everyone who walks in her door when she's not busy carefully completing orders in the back. The employees are welcoming and knowledgeable, and take the time to help you find what you need. It is a go-to destination for personalized gifts, or grab and go gifts and the prices cannot be beat. I'd like to give a shout out to Initially Yours for outstanding Customer Service. I haven't seen customer service like that since the 60's. Yes, I'm that old. They went above and beyond to please this YaYa! They are A-ma-zing!
