Great Experience! Three different shops couldn’t fix our Sprinter. IP did for 1/3 the cost of Mercedes. Kyran was great and the service was fast.

Ryan Whiteacre and Misael Hernandez were very helpful and easy to deal with. They were responsive, informative, and streamlined the servicing of my 2020 Foretravel Realm. I was hoping to build a relationship with a local service center for my future Spartan needs and this experience fits the bill. They both have the patience and personalty to deal with whatever walks through the door and are an asset to IP Trucks in Fort Worth.

I have a 2008 Newmar MADP 4523. We had some Spartan factory service done and after a few hundred miles there were some leeks. Spartan recommended Industrial Power or IPTruck to fix the issues. I talked to Ryan Whiteaker and he was very pleasant and accommodating of our schedule. When we took our coach in the staff was curious and friendly. They diagnosed the issues and worked with Spartan to differ the cost. Even though there was a discouraging issue getting parts from Cummins warehouse Ryan was professionally apologetic about the issues and worked with Spartan to get all the work completed as soon as posable at no cost to me. Thank you Ryan at IPTruck for making my experience as good as it could be. If I need engine or chassis work done in Fort Worth I will definitely call Ryan to get it done.

These guys did a great job working with Spartan to fix an issue with my Newmar RV. Brayden kept me well informed throughout the entire process and was easy to communicate with via email. I would strongly recommend these guys to deal with both routine maintenance and difficult repairs based on how smoothly this went.
