I was worried it was going to be really really dangerous, but this mall was actually quite beautiful and felt safe while I was there. The palm trees are amazing and truly make the place feeling comfortable. I looked around at every corner and there were quite a lot of shops and eateries, unlike the Irving mall which seemed like it was on its last leg, so to speak. Overall, seems like a really good mall

So the mall is ok but I skateboard places... sometimes doing tricks sometimes A-B... I don't go there to skate out of respect to the security, however today as I'm going from A-B thru their parking lot, I was no where near any cars, four wheels hadn't left the ground... and security comes up being a jerk....so now I put them on blast too, they are also supposed to be security to the movie tavern, I live close to them, I see their security stop behind the movie tavern sometimes for 20 mins just smoking or whatever and not working, and it's not a lunch break, sometimes it happens 10-15 times a night.... how about go do your effin job security as I've literally seen drug deals on ur turf

Went for my cousin's grad dinner Lousy service! Ordered a Twisted Lemonade flight. Took the waiter who should never have been out with a party that size, forever to bring it to me. When He got to me to take food orders, I reminded him of my drink. He lies and said the bar was busy!! I'm looking and there were only 2 people at the bar! I go over to the bar and ask. Low and behold my flight is sitting there, watered down. She tries to blame the waiter. I said a server could have brought it over if your noticed it was sitting too long. She made another and they brought it out! After everyone else got their food, a new waitress came over, parts of the orders were missing and I still had no food. She said I'll get the manager. I said just cancel my order. Manager comes out, asking what all was missing. Again, I said cancel, she insisted on comping my meal. I waited, family was packing up to leave. I go to the bar, by this time about 30 minutes had passed hot wings and pizza ..REALLY???. On a very slow, Tuesday!!? Hate to be there on the weekend!! I asked the bartender to check with the manager to see if they were still going to bring my food out. Stood their another 10 minutes bartender ever came back out! I just left, no food at 10pm Not just sub par but terrible service! Throw the whole staff away! Not everything is COVID-19's fault! Customer service has been trash for a long time! This is just another place with poorly trained staff and management. Had no food to take a picture of

Small mall compared to others, which makes it great since there is not much of big crowds. You have good option of stores. The food court has some good vendors with different food options to satisfy any appetite.

It's dangerous there! Wasn't there for long before Christmas with Maddie and Rose and was having lunch there. Finished eating there and was ready to shop and noticed all the stores were closed at 12:30 am ! What was going on?? All of sudden a police stop is and said the mall is on lockdown! Go to your car immediately! People were running and store owners said " Hurry!, There's a shooting and kidnapping inside the mall ! "

I rented a kiosk here for 3 months and they refuse to return my deposit. I've waited over six weeks and nobody has updated me. I will likely never see my deposit money back. This mall scams its own tenants.

Kyra at JOURNEYS KIDZ was amazing! She assisted me this past Sunday for about the last 1 hour they were open. I was trying to find a size for my daughter. Kyra was beyond patient and made sure I was satisfied before leaving! Kyra... we will be back I have more shoes to return!

Is it wrong to love a mall? If so my love for Hulen Mall is just wrong and I will learn to deal with it....some how. Hulen Mall is a diverse-scale shopping experience at its best. I've been coming to HM for far to many years to admit; so let's just say the mall has been around for years and it gets better and better each year. The place is always clean, security is always available, the stores are always open and the food court is wonderful. Hulen Mall is the place to be when you need one item or an entire wardrobe. Four Star for Hulen Mall Happy Shopping Y'all!

This mall is better than ridgmar mall. I am older so I don't care for large crowds and avoid this place as it seems packed all the time unless you go when school is in. The mall works if you are in a pinch for shopping, but if you have the time and ability to visit another mall, I would recommend doing so (not ridgmar). On the five star rating with 1 being ridgmar, 3 being hulen, I would give other malls in North Dallas 5's before Hulen mall.

Diamond galaxy. This place sold me a solid gold 10k, 250 necklace. It broke the 3rd day. I was out of town and had to get it repaired myself for $30. Customer service was terrible and said management wouldn't be in until 6pm. I call back in 2 minutes and management talks to me. This place takes your money and sells you broken items. Do not go, they do not take exchange. They sell necklaces that break so that you can pay more and buy an upgrade
