I took a cat I found outside to one of the clinics and through the clinic found this place. I liked a kitty I saw online and made an appointment to see em. On Mt visit, I wanted to take home all kitties! But I decided on the one I saw online. They told me bout his info and health upfront now have a loving cuddle buddy ❤️?❤️

Super sweet staff!! They take such good care of the animals! I adopted a kitten today and was an amazing experience. They have such huge hearts to take care of the fur babies. I highly recommend adopting from there and donating!

My grandma’s cat of 16 years passed away and she wanted to get another companion. I called and we were able to walk in and have someone walk through with us through the kennels answering any questions she had. My grandma adopted Smudge and she has been a wonderful companion. Thank you so much for your help!

Adopted a dog from here..I called first they didn't tell me the dog was sick until we were about to fill out paperwork ..upper respiratory infection .then they told me medication will be in tomorrow and I can pick it up ..next day they say oh since you already adopted you will have to get medication on your own ..very unperfessional in my book ..last dog I'm getting from here

This place was great! We found a cat that we liked online and we went in the same day. They took us right back and let us spend as much time as we would like with the cat. We were able to finish the entire adoption process in about 30 minutes. Staff was friendly, helpful and answered all of our questions. If you are looking to adopt a pet this place is highly recommended.

I adopted my kitten from here this past July. He is about 9 months now. They did not tell me he was ill. Brought him home and noticed his eyes were swollen and he had very bad sneezing problems where it came out bloody. Took him to vet and stated he had upper respiratory infection and gave me meds. He got better and is alot better to this day but when you are giving someone an animal you need to make it very clear if the animal is ill so that precautions can be taken care of asap. I also noticed while I was there that a dog was lacking the glass and noticed his water bowl was empty and panting very hard....make sure to ask about the animals health the day you adopt.

On May 24th, my birthday, we welcomed a new member to our little family. Waggin Tails introduced us to the sweetest little baby boy named Kylo. He is so loving and so easy to love, and best of all they made the process super easy to welcome him into our home. They included his past medical records, his microchip and rabies tags, his first bag of food: and since they are partnered with the closest petco there are coupons included to make sure we could purchase everything he needed in order to make his new home, well, home.

Facility was really clean and the staff was very friendly. Sadly we had to return the puppy we adopted in less than a week do to her being extremely aggressive. She was so sweet at the shelter with us and our daughter and great when we first brought her home, but behavior changed after 3 days of having her, and everyday it escalated. In less than a week it got to the point where she bit our daughter and attacked everyone in our house, plus guests, and our other dogs. The shelter staff were great very understanding about the whole situation. They sadly don’t give refunds either and the adoption fee is crazy expensive. It would have been nice to have been given even a partial refund especially since we didn’t even have her a week.I also suggest you make sure you ask lots of questions about medical history as well. We received the history on the puppy we adopted several days later and found out she had actually been sick. That was a red flag for us that we wish we would have known, because we have already been through this once before with a family members dog that was of the same breed. The dog had been sick as a puppy, and it caused them to be severely aggressive to the point of having to have them put down years later as the aggression progressed. The puppy we adopted had started showing the same warning signs as that dog did and we just could not have that around a toddler and a baby on the way.I also wish we would have asked beforehand if the animal was good with feedings and other animals. We found out that this puppy was extremely aggressive with food and towards other dogs, but the shelter still has them listed has friendly with other animals. So just ask lots of questions, bring your pets and children to the meet the any dog ahead of time.

We adopted a puppy from them at an adoption fair and they were so nice and informative. The puppy we got has such good temperament and even knows how to sit already! She's so sweet and she's fitting right into our family.

Rescued a puppy today! The staff are excellent, knowledgeable and very kind. I was very impressed by how clean the shelter is. They gave us a bag of puppy food, chew toys and blanket for our new friend. We are so happy. Thank you so much Waggin Tails
