They made a mistake on my tax return. I don't even know if they filed it or not. I can't reach anyone and I can't solve the problem. I definitely do not recommend them.

First couple of years were ok, after that it went from ignoring my calls, my messages, they took almost $600 from my account bc of an error they made, been told they would return that but it’s been MONTHS! still nothing. I’ll NEVER go back to H&R..

I have always happy with H and R Block until this year on the say of my appointment there were two ladies who worked openly talking about customers when they left that's very rude my taxes weren't explained to me very well and in a way I could understand I had to return the receptionist was very condescending she carried on conversations that should been private this was the worst experience I've ever had
