H and r block is a nightmare. The online h and r block program is awful. I’ve submitted my tax return no less than 5 times. My tax associate is located in California. She told me I should call to fix MY h and r account and gave me a number to call that does not work (busy signal). How about YOU do the job Im paying YOU for h and r block! Im 2 weeks a way from drop dead time and YOU are hindering ME. Where am I supposed to find another accountant to get this done within 2 weeks? Any suggestions?

Excellent! My Tax Professional is the best! I went to this office 2 years ago when I lived in Fort Worth, TX. I recently moved back to Houston area, called her and asked if she could prepare my Income Tax return this year. The due date was imminent. She graciously and professionally took care of everything, including the last minute details and my return was filed timely! The best!

Mrs Betty was a refreshing surprise, compared to the last several years. Betty was a real pro who answered all of are questions before we could even ask, she was very detailed and meticulous making sure we received every penny owed.But one of the best part of the experience is the fact that I actually left the tax office with a much better understanding of TAXES ! Thanks to Mrs Betty and the staff I would definitely recommend getting your taxes done at the 7th street office!
