Had a great experience here. I experienced the best customer service i’ve had in several years and they repaired my lamp 2 days ahead of schedule. Very fairly priced as well.

I took an old chandelier in to be repaired, it was cleaned and electrical wiring replaced but they didn’t repair or replace any of the loose, old wires holding the crystals in place.I was charged over $500.00 which seems excessive considering the work done.

I wanted them to repair an old chandelier that belonged to my husband's grandfather. It needed cleaning , rewiring( electrical) and crystals were coming off. I was quoted $500.00 which I foolishly believed would include replacing any wires holding crystals that were rusted. The lamps electrical was fixed, lamp was cleaned but the crystals are still falling off. We called to ask about this and were told, transporting the chandelier would cause crystals to fall off, they packed the chandelier. They took no responsibility for the crystals falling off and not being repaired. Also, the chandelier was only in the box for the 30 minute drive from Ft. Worth to Colleyville. I made it clear that I wanted all aspects of the chandelier repaired when I dropped it off.

I was referred to House of Tuscany by a moving company who damaged my antique chandelier. The owners led me to believe they could RESTORE my beautiful, Grecian, crystal chandelier to its' original condition. However, they initially repaired it with parts that did not reflect the period or style of the original. I asked them to please replace the mismatched pieces with the same type of crystals they had removed. The owner then asked for pictures of the original and questioned it's authenicity. He said he had no idea where I purchased it and what I initially paid for it. I text him a copy of the receipt along with the pictures but no response. He told me my antique chandelier (purchased at a high-end antique store in 2003, for the same price he charged me to repair just a FEW broken pieces - highway robbery) was glass and not crystal. He insisted his repairs were an upgrade. We begged him to RESTORE our beautiful chandelier not just replace broken pieces, since we had already paid him $1,530 to do so. He continued to stonewall us and demanded we pick up the chandelier or he was sending it to storage and charging us $100 per month. He did agree to re-string the crystal chains upon our arrival, since they were not hanging properly. Having no recourse we arranged to pick it up to avoid storage fees. I brought a picture of the chandelier prior to the damage, so he could restring the crystals as he promised to do. I also presented the original receipt, but neither he nor his wife would look at either, saying they weren't helpful. He and his wife were extremely rude. I admit that I was furious with their lack of professionalism and cavalier attitude, but they refused to listen. His wife even said REPEATEDLY as we tried to explain how it should look, "I am not listening". They boxed it up haphazzardly and when we arrived home it was damaged again. The owners behavior was truly unprofessional and abusive

I had read the negative review and was somewhat hesitant, but went in anyway and am very glad I did! The store is very nice with beautiful lamps and neat objets d'art. Jamie was very helpful in choosing exactly the right shade for my favorite (and fairly old) lamp and changed the socket so the lamp operates perfectly. I will definitely head back to House of Tuscany for anything I need with regard to lamps or decorating.

If you want to be looked down on and treated poorly by a very grumpy sale associate then make sure and go on a Thursday morning. Very cool lamps and light fixtures but completely turned off the man that opens the store. Maybe I will try later in the day.
