Worst experience ever. Had to leave in the middle of the night due to the high amount of noise in the next room. No manager on site to approach regarding the matter. Once I did get contacted by someone they seemed nice and wanting a resolution. Communication has been none existent, I’ve had to call multiple times with the response that someone would reach out with a solution and I have yet to hear from them. Worst management, customer service. Wouldn’t recommend this place even if it was free

Extremely disappointed!! We checked in to our reserved room and it was not cleaned.. ants on counters, clothes and bed sheets laying on the sofa and floor, trash left on the floor. We called customer service who arranged for another room.. unfortunately when we opened that door it was in worse condition than the last room. We reached back out to customer service who said they will issue us a refund.. no apologies or decent customer service.

We would recommend this stay any day! The staff is excellent and take care of your needs! The lounge at Sugarman's is an added bonus. Size of our room was perfect to share a cocktail in!Rooms: large in size and great downtown view!Nearby activities: Magnolia is walking distanceWalkability: Perfect location!

TV didn't work and you can't adjust the heater/ac. There aren't any employees working here so I was told there's basically nothing that could be done to fix the problems I was having. Definitely wouldn't recommend this place.Reply to owner: that's what I was told when I called the number for y'all. I was told there were no employees that could help me right then cause they were off for the rest of the evening. I'm pretty sure it you're the owner you knew what I meant by that but was trying to mislead folks with your response back to me!

The owners are greedy and want to put the other small restaurants in the strip out of business just like they did to their own.Hotel Revel owns the parking lot for the attached businesses. They recently(a few months ago) got “AirGarage” which is sort of like ParkMobile, but AirGarage has very misleading signage in the lot and the app doesn’t work the way the signs lead you to believe, you have to take extra steps that are not explained in app in order to get and then use the validation code.As a frequent visitor of multiple businesses in this strip, it was very disappointing to me to be charged for parking even though their signs say customer parking will be validated(usually meaning free, right?).I tried to use their platform twice and got charged both times, no adjustment and not even a response from their app support.Support Small Business! End the greed.

I’m extremely upset on how I go to end the day and relax and I can’t get the tv to work. There’s no one to help rectify this problem. I’m out and never coming back.

We should have listened to the reviews that were posted, however we figured that the hotel had fixed the problems. Unfortunately, they had not! Shower head still broken, TV mount was broken and TV pointed towards floor, and the shower soaps were empty! If they would only take a few minutes to do some maintenance......The room is a very nice room, but don't fall victim to the claim of a view! Checking in is not the easiest either!

This hotel, while offering a promising aesthetic and comfortable bed, did not provide the advertised amenities, including basic safety standards.Specifically:• The entrance and elevator vestibule doors were never locked.• There was no dedicated reserved parking, as advertised, and the lot was consistently full.• There was construction debris blocking areas of the stairwell.• There was no chair provided in our room. We found one in the stairwell to use. (See above)• The thermostat in our room had a “restricted” setting and was not adjustable.• On the first night of our stay the tv remote was missing a battery. We were able to locate one in the drawer of the common area.• The sound machine had neither a cord or battery, rendering it useless.• While there were hangers for robes, no other hangers were provided. Similarly the bathroom setup is so sparse there is virtually no place to hang a washcloth or set a razor in the shower.I tried sending this review first to the email address on the hotel website but it was returned “undeliverable.”

AC went out at about 12pm. It’s 5:30pm, it’s cooler outside than it is inside the room. Currently 80 degrees inside the room. Shower head is broken, doesn’t stay in place. The elevator had a broken handle and was dirty. When I arrived for check in, the elevator was full of smelly dirty trash bags. I avoided getting an Airbnb because I wanted a really nice place to stay at, and ended up being worst. Airbnbs are cheaper and nicer than this place. Gentleman that I spoke to, had no answers about the ETA for AC. He didn’t bother asking anyone, he just said they’ve been working on it. Asked for a room that isn’t affected by the AC being out, and apparently all the other rooms are booked. Before I booked, I also called ahead and asked if hot water is available, kind lady told me there was a coffee maker on the 4th floor where I could get coffee and hot water. Water comes out extremely dirty and disgusting. No utensils, no paper towels, no sort of complimentary amenities. Very disappointed with this hotel. Don’t recommend to anyone.

Nice spacious rooms each with a cool design. Pretty views out the large windows. Very good restaurant-bar in the hotel. Nice location.

Ostentatious is the best word to describe this place. It is hiding behind a "luxury" moniker, but what is left behind the minimalist concept is perfunctory. The body wash was empty. There are no wash clothes to take a shower. Instead, you get cheap and useless paper towels. Luxury... ??There are 3 pieces of decorations, no microwave, no coffee pot, no easily accessible outlets to charge devices, no alarm clock, no door on the shower, no staff at the entrance to greet you, no wash clothes, no ply toilet paper, no insulation from the hallway, no pillows or blankets for the fold out bed, and no doors on any cabinets making them look like a mess with wires and plumbing exposed; what is left is the obvious sign that "minimalism" is just a scam to con people out of money and be as cheap as possible. There are 2 positive things about this hotel. The room size and the distance to the hospital. However, the room size really doesn't make it a positive on its own considering how little effort was put into designing it and how empty it is making the quietest noise a loud echo. Even worse, the walls are paper thin and there is a $250 fine for excessive noise, which should be good, but the lack of insulation makes even whispering feel uncomfortable.1 out of 5 stars... hopefully there is another close-by option that actually cares about guests

Visited Fort Worth for a concert and stayed at Hotel Revel. Rooms were clean, spacious, modern and the staff was very friendly. Food and beverages at the restaurant were great too. Will be back!

concept of hotel is not well advertised, just wanted a cool suite out of the norm for my trip back to dfw, entry is staffless and keyless, upon any difficulty you will not be assisted but you will be charged regardless, i didn’t even get to stay in the hotel i booked but they had no problem taking my money and management has had no problem not returning my numerous calls. Sad to be scammed, not sure how they’ve managed to maintain accreditation with how many other bad experiences ive seen in these reviews. don’t go here, it’ll add an hour to your night trying to do the leg work for a service you purchased and you’ll end up going to holiday inn express anyway

Super clean. Spacious room. Love the floor to ceiling windows. We got into Fort Worth pretty late and the owner himself messaged me and let me know how to get into the property. Hotel is modern and utilizes an app for access into the property and the room. The app is very easy to use. Thank you Trey and Hotel Revel for a great experience.

Loved staying here! Rooms are super modern and clean, bed was very comfortable and the overall vibe was excellent. I especially loved the original art. Highly recommend.
