I wouldn't recommend spending any time or money here. I made an appointment over a month out so they would have a rental car available for me. A day before my appointment they called to inform me there was no rental available. Mind you, my warranty was ending very soon so I waited for nothing. They didn't fix my vehicle properly the first time and I requested to have my seat heaters fixed as well, which was not even put on the ticket so those didn't even get fixed. They also quoted me a new battery for almost $500. This place is just looking to rip you off and they are terrible at communication. 10 out of 10 don't recommend.

Rachell was wonderful to work with. She set clear expectations and timelines so I could plan accordingly. My transmission is fixed and drives like a dream. The mechanics checked out everything and I feelBetter about my carBeing in perfect condition for my long trips. I will return to Hooks for any further work needed on my Lincoln. Doug and Chris are the best service managers that I've ever had taking care of my Lincoln Aviator, with all my many brands of cars over many years. I'm 70 years old.

I have 2 people that deserve a shout out. Jeff is great to deal with on the sales side. He really helped us out and was patient with us. Next on the service side is Chris. Chris has been very helpful and I know is working to make Hooks a high end shop with the right organization. Great job guys and I highly recommend them right now.

A great experience getting our Lincoln Nautilus serviced at Hooks Lincoln in Fort Worth. Upon arrival at their drive up, I was warmly welcomed by the Service Manager, Doug. He quickly took the relevant information and then led me to their waiting room where I was offered refreshments. The needed service was performed quickly and resulted in a perfectly running car.It’s a pleasure to recommend Hooks Lincoln and their Service Team!Thank You +++++!

Robert Smith was an absolute rockstar. I casually stopped at the dealership on a Saturday morning just wanting to see what the new Corsair looked and felt like. I was tossing around the idea of getting a new car but it was VERY preliminary. Robert was patient and never pushy. After a million questions from me and just as many answers from Robert, I decided to move forward with the purchase. On the day I purchased, I told him that work was chaos and I needed to be away from my office as little as possible. He had the car ready, the paperwork ready, and I was in/out in 15 minutes. Seriously the most pleasant car dealership experience I’ve ever had! Highly recommend!

Our 2017 MKC showed a code 302 from two different mechanics which meant it had a misfire in a cylinder. I was afraid to drive it 25 miles from where we live. I talked to your receptionist and left a message for the lead mechanic to call me. She said she would leave the message for him to call me because he was too busy at the time. I never received a call. I called the next day and got the same thing. Too busy! He never called me. In our research we found that 2015,2016 had the same issue that our 2017 was having. The previous years were covered under warranty/recall. 2017 was not! We don’t understand why, of course. We loved our MKC but decided it was in our best interest to not put our trust in Lincoln any further. We have changed to Toyota!

Hook’s fair prices for the always luxurious Lincoln brand and simple old fashioned courtesy and respect will continue to be our go to dealership

My wife ordered a new Nautilus from Hooks and we had the pleasure of working with Jeff from the initial test drive through delivery. My wife and I both felt this was, without question, the best buying experience we've ever had at a car dealership. Unbelievably smooth and straight forward. Jeff and everyone we've dealt with at Hooks has been wonderful to work with. They even found us some rebates we weren't expecting when we came in to do the paperwork. Super impressed with Jeff and the team at Hooks!

The 2023 Lincoln Corsair GT Hybrid is absolutely amazing! The Blue Cruise technology is perfect for me. I use it every day on the highways. It’s so well done. Thanks to Hook’s Lincoln and specifically Ryan Salt there for having the patience to answer all my questions and let me test drive this a few times before I bought it. I’m an Engineer and I was very thorough in vetting the Blue Cruise. It’s a game changer!

Hooks has a first class service facility. Drive in area, shop, waiting area were all spotless clean. All employees were friendly, knowledgeable, and they all seemed happy with their jobs. Our Navigator needed an oil change and 2 tire sensors replaced. We dropped off our vehicle and went to run errands. We were soon contacted by Luis, our service consultant, about a nail that had pierced the corner of one tire. Location of nail right at the edge of the sidewall made a tire patch impossible. Service technician found it during tire removal to replace the sensor. Luis even texted me a picture of the tire with nail. We got a new tire put on and the rest of the work was quickly completed. Upon return to the Hooks service area, our Navigator was parked out front and had been washed, dried, tire conditioner sprayed on, vacuumed, and interior dash wiped down, basically detailed and my wife was so happy with the way it looked. This was a great experience for us and thanks again for looking out for our safety with the tire issue. Obviously, we are only going to Hooks Lincoln for all our future service needs.
