Tariq Omar was outstanding in helping me to purchase a 2021 Honda Pilot Special Edition on Saturday, Dec 9th, 2023. He explained the functions of each item and tried to make sure I understood those functions, but for an old guy like me, a class is really needed. All in all, Tariq was great - very helpful, made the deal (this is, after all, the most important part of this procedure) and we both got what we wanted. If you are planning to purchase a used vehicle from Honda of Fort Worth, be sure to give Tariq a phone call or request him when you get to the dealership. You won't go wrong with Tariq!

I had an issue with my drivers seat so I took it in. Service said my Honda Care would not cover it and I would have to pay out over $600 to replace the seat. I was told the manager would call me and discuss it. Two months later and I'm still waiting for that phone call.Update: So Fort Worth Honda's response was for me to contact them for an explanation. I did that in the initial conversation and was told the manager would call me, which he never called. I'll find someplace else to take my business.

I was in need of Engine Bay cleaning. So, I headed to Honda because, you can get your engine cleaned and detailed for $49.95. They don't just work on Hondas, which is great. I drive a Toyota Rav 4. The Honda Dealership worked on it just fine. The service center opens at 7:00 but a Detailer is not available until 8am. No worries, I waited in their beautiful lobby.The lobby was spacious, and clean with a lot of seating arrangements. There was a snack bar that served Breakfast and Lunch. Coffee and Soft drinks are on the house. Service took an hour but, it was well worth the investment. The results where just what I was looking for, a clean shiny engine that looked new.My Service Advisor was Ed Stayley. He was very nice, professional, attentive to detail with a sense of humor. He was also punctual. I drove up and he was walking towards my vehicle. I love the right away treatment Lol. He also remembered the price of Engine Bay Cleaning.This was my first time in and it won't be my last. I was pleased with the service, ambiance, prices and location. Please, check them out because, it will be a happy Honda Day!

people were nice, That's about all I have good to say. I went in to get a new KEY FOB which really takes 20 min to do. I was told I had to wait a hour and then ended up waiting 2 hours just to get a new key fob with no one to update me on why I was waiting for 2 hours. you would have thought I was getting new tires with an alignment and a oil change plus some.

Called on a Saturday afternoon and got Dee. Told him my predicament with transmission light and how everyone else I called couldn't help me or was about to close. And that I lived out of town. He told me to come in and the minute I got there he was very helpful and attentive. Problem turned out not to be as severe as I feared. Glad I was in his hands. He was friendly, prompt and took good care of me. Really appreciate the great service I received today!

Today I purchased my first Honda. Lily Salazar and Dustin Twigg were extremely nice and helped me out tremendously from start to finish. Lily was very patient and took the time to help me find what I was looking for and let me test drive everything I was interested in. Not once did I feel rushed. Dustin also worked his magic and helped me get to where I needed to be for my budget and for that I can't thank him enough! I will definitely be coming back to purchase another vehicle from them in the future due to the kindness and professionalism I received. Buying my vehicle went without a hitch and was quick. But the service **** is a joke. Ive had my vehicle for just over a year and have had two tires - the original and the replacement tire- have sidewall defects. I took it in to get it replaced and asked for a different brand. They refused bc the other brands were not covered on the warranty. I mentioned its a safety issue and, silly me, id think the **************** dealership would stand behind the product they are selling. The service manager just argued and would not listen to anything I had to say. I told him if it happens again, esp if there is an accident bc of the defect you will definitely be hearing from me again. No such thing as customer service or doing the right thing to keep a customer. Which was too bad bc i would have bought from them again but not anymore.

I bought a brand new vehicle from them last year, but now 2 tires with defects (sidewall defects) have had to be replaced. The sales dept refused to replace the tire with a different brand, despite it being a hazard. The service manager just argued and talked like i was an idiot. He would just say thats the way they come to us. ?? They arent interested in standing behind the Honda brand or their stealership. They arent interested in your well being. They couldnt put a different brand on bc it would cost them. Well, if it happens again or causes and accident it will definitely cost them.

Wow! We really had a great purchasing experience at Honda of Fort Worth! Our pre-owned sales professional, Robert Leaper, helped us through the whole process. He's a knowledgeable, super nice, straightforward, no pressure kind of guy . He got us more than a fair deal on a pre-owned car that we love! Really, our overall experience at this dealership was so smooth and pleasant. We are so thankful and honestly, slightly relieved. Car shopping is not our favorite pastime! Thanks to all at Honda FW! And a special thanks to the guys in the background - the inspection, detail, and mechanic crews. Great job! We will be back!

Decent business, Honda makes some good cars, they don't seem to nickel and dime consumers like they used to. However, and this is an industry wide issue, new cars are still limited on the lots. The salesman was plenty helpful, they just didn't have the fully loaded vehicles that we were looking for.

My first time calling this dealership was today and I simply needed to schedule service. The man who answered the phone was VERY rude!! I just moved to Texas from AZ, have always serviced my Accord at Honda so I wanted to continue with the great service I am used to at Honda dealerships. This man (I didn't catch his name) ruined that experience for me. I will never set foot in this dealership and certainly will not recommend them.

Who says you can't buy two Toyotas from a Honda dealership? We purchased a 2016 Highlander from their used car department a few years back and it has been an excellent vehicle. Returned this week to purchase another vehicle to replace our old Mazda and had a great experience dealing with Lily, our sales associate and her manager Ben. They worked with us to agree on a price that was in our budget and Malik in the finance department had us on our way in half an hour. Very pleased with our experience here.
