I had to grab an electric fuse for my breaker box, my husband sent me as he was working on something. It took 5 customers, and 4 employees to find it and still got the wrong fuse. When I had part number and pictures of it, I feel like employees should be more helpful

Been going to this Home Depot a couple times a week for the last year or so and have been disappointed with the lack of friendliness and hospitality from staff. I realize it's a large department store, but I feel like employees can have the hospitality to say hello and welcome you. When you need help for anything here it's rare to find someone helpful or willing to help you. As for the rental area, it's a mess. Have rented three items recently and ALL three have been broken when I showed up to the work site. When I went to return and explain each of the items didn't work, they offered $8 off. Have lost $100s on rentals here. Avoid renting from this location.

recently had an outstanding experience at Home Depot, and I simply must give a shoutout to the incredible salesperson who made our visit memorable. Randy Clark, you are absolutely amazing!Upon entering the store with my family, we were on the hunt for a new microwave. Even though Randy was busy restocking shelves, he graciously took the time to assist us. His genuine warmth and friendly demeanor immediately put us at ease.Randy's knowledge and expertise were evident as he patiently listened to our requirements and preferences. Beware: If you need a hot water heater replace do NOT use Home Depot contractor service Same day water heaters!! They will have a scheduling error and not show up!!! Attempt to reschedule you for the next day and still not show up or call during the appointment time!

I want to give a shout out to Todd in Lumber at the store at Basswood and 35. I went into Home Depot and told the first employee I saw that I knew nothing about wood but needed to replace what I'd brought in due to water damage. Then she asked me what type of wood it was. Huh? Anyhow, Todd in lumber looked at my wood, recommended a replacement and then cut It to spec for me. He took the old nails out and sent me on my way. I wish all employees went the extra mile like Todd did. thank you !!

Purchased a dishwasher and the install of it. The installer came on the scheduled day with the appliance. He came in and said he couldn't not install it because he was not allowed to. He wanted to drop it off without installing it. I said I had no use for the dishwasher if it could not be installed. His reply was "That's your problem." Note too that my house is only 4 years old so no reason why he could not install it. I sent it back and ordered the same one from Lowes! Install of it was today and the guy installed it, no problem. And he treated me like a valued customer. Home Depot never again! Lowes, YES!

Rugs were tagged with price and manager would not honor it. He just kept blaming his staff that he had repeatedly asked them to fix it on the Thursday, it is Sunday, and still not done. Horrible management! He should have honored sticker price and obviously can't lead A team

I'm a regular to this Home Depot, and believe that they are consistently less expensive than Lowe's. The employees are nice, the only hiccup that I've experienced is when I purchased solid core doors to replace my interior doors, I waited more than three months for The Home Depot and their vendor to finally get close enough to the product I originally purchased before I just settled with a different interior door. There were a lot of details to this poor experience, I will spare you, but needless to say, I am hesitant to purchase another home installation product from them.

I went to this HD for their At Home Services for a window replacement. I have had good experiences at this store.Hello.I had a window replaced with a new Simenton vinyl window. I believe out of all the windows I have seen this is the best one , looks great and happy with the materials it is made with and the features the window has. Plus advertised life time warranty. hope i never have to use the warranty. Product I would rate 5 STARS. Install Supervisor TIM get the 2 stars.I watched the whole install of the window.The room the window went in, was just remodeled and has not been lived in or have furniture. the walls are all fresh no crack of damage of any kind. the h in the five months it has been re modeled. The house was built in 1983.Not to go through all the detail, the part which i wish i would have videoed was the removal of the old window. One of the installers used a hammer at full force to break out the middle window frame, and then a crow bar to remove the bottom frame and top. No problem with the tools. However the bottom bricks came loose. Neither installer said a word until I did and asked if they would of told me out of there own will. The lead installer told me not unless i Asked them. I was told the window will hold them in. How if the mortar has been broken loose?Then came out the chisel for the excess mortar.Now when i went to put the blind back up there was a crack on the left corner drywall above the window and one at the right bottom corner.I call the Install supervisor and told him what happened, tells me to send pictures. Blames the recent rain and that my foundation has moved and that five other window installers will tell me the same thing. Argued with me that he been doing this a long time and no damage has ever occurred like what I described.I ask him if he is going to repair the damage. He tells me NO! That Im now Home Depot's problem.No attempt to even resolve this . However Tim the install Supervisor will forward to right people i have had problems with the rain. How?Blame the rain and my foundation. I did not know this Intall. Sup was an engineer on structures.I do have before pictures of the old window and new drywall remodel, I will show At-home services.Lessoned learned. To photograph before and after , the day of the install.
