Got picked up and was in the shuttle for more than hour. They kept going back and forth around the airport. Unprofessional and unethical. Will never choose this hotel again ever.

This is in the top 5 of bad hotels I've stayed at in my life. In the last year and a half, I've stayed at over 30 hotels for my job and during that time frame this wins #1 for the most garbage shambles establishment I've had the misfortune of staying at. So here are my issues so far.....the fridge is smaller than the microwave. That's not supposed to be a joke but it kind of sounds like one. But it doesn't matter because the fridge doesn't work anyways. And despite the number of times I stop at the desk and ask for a new one and they tell me that they'll bring one up, the never do. Then there's the AC unit, which also doesn't work. bought a camp thermometer just to check the temperature and it's averaging 76 here in early March. I need to iron my blothes while I'm here for the next week and could use an ironing board since the one they provided was used in a wrestling match. Still after 3 days, I can't get one from them so I just use the bed to iron. The fact that the last 2 nights security/ police or whoever as escorted tenants out of the rooms at night after thye've decided to do their best barrio fabuloso impressions has made sleeping an adventure. And finally, they only run 1 elevator at a time. Both work, I even asked about it. But they only run one at a time except for around 7am. Get ready to wait in the lobby while one elevator runs and many, many other people also wait with you if it's not their version of rush hour. Save yourself these frustrations. I'm checking out today and will make it a point not to let me company book me or anyone else in this garbage dump.Also, the shuttle ranges from 20 minutes (not bad) to 80 minutes. I got an Uber but my buddy was determined to wait.

The hotel has a small little space on the first floor where they apparently allow big catered parties. Music was blasting all night and the manager, Nick was totally rude, did not care and wouldn’t give us a different room or help us find a room in another hotel. Go somewhere else.

location was close, they knock in rude fashion even with 'do not disturb sign' the phone for front desk was not working and did not care to do anything about it. my room was clean and clean. bed is soft i forgot to ask if they have firm beds. i extended my stay because i was tired i had to go down because their phones were broken and their maids would not stop knocking on my door.

The receptionist was extremely rude to me when I was upset that breakfast wasn't included which was a surprise. It's really cheap, overly processed food I would never pay for. Then, she was mad at me and stopped me in the morning to do a spot check on my service animal's paperwork which was harassment. As a result of these arguments, I was really upset, didn't have a chance to shower. She took 20 minutes of my time. Also, the thermostat didn't work, and I had to call for maintenance twice before they came and my stay was interrupted.

Has anyone ever been mid-check-in and they just stop checking you in so they can instead help another guy who (just showed up) wants to order some drinks and pay for it with card?Honestly wouldn't of minded, but to just stop helping me once another guest came and help them, then go back to helping me......wild. 1st time that's happenedShower pressure wasn't that good since the faucet thing is broken and wouldn't allow the bath to fully stop running.

Great location, top notch service, and comfortable room. Had a super early flight and Dan (shuttle driver) was the epitome of fantastic customer service, especially at 2:45 am.Will stay here my next business trip for sure.

I was recently staying at this location for a work trip, and I have to say the hospitality from the front desk agent was phenomenal. Her personality was something you do not come across too often now in customer service. She made my long, tiresome work trip somewhat enjoyable. Thank you kaydrian and Cindy for the shuttle ride.
