Hobby Lobby has so much more than Michael's does. If you are looking for craft ideas, decorations, kitchen items, sewing patterns and fabric this is a great place to go. The prices are reasonable and they have sales all the time.

They could not refund correctly. I ordered a phone online and order to pick it up the next day and they didn't activate it so I had to buy another phone then they were supposed to refund me and I didn't get it I paid twice for one phone and that's just b*******

Where do I begin? Cheap merchandise with crazy mark up prices, no air-conditioning, long lines and to top it all off, I was followed throughout the store by some short, fat sweaty Hispanic manager. While I stood in line to pay, I got stared down by him and some bad-built, big-back, fat, funky frog-booty girl with bad skin. I got to the front of the line and decided not spend my money at a store that racially profiles their customers.

Accused of stealing because they saw putting stuff in my bag. And the guy got really mad after they realized I wasn't stealing anything. Don't accuse people of stealing unless you know they actually are. That's a huge accusation. And an apology will suffice once you realize you are wrong. Maybe the guy was too angry to apologize because he had already called the police since he couldn't fathom any explanation other than the one he made up in his head.

I fainted at this Hobby Lobby in December of 2022. I was 14 weeks pregnant. The staff were quick, helpful, and kind in comforting myself and my 4 yr old daughter. I still go to this one regularly. It is clean, organized, and the employees are friendly. Everything you need craft wise, home decor wise, and gift wise.

Great place but I feel very uncomfortable because two employees started following me and my children for no reason. We felt very not welcome. Other then that great store as always.

The place is so big it was hard to find what I was looking for and 3 different employees stopped to help me even though I didn't ask for it, I guess they saw I looked lost. There was a wider selection, and the shelves were better stocked. I would give this place 100% for customer service. And of course, there's ample parking.
