Pros: The hotel has an overall “grand” ambiance, we enjoyed the modern western decor. The rooms are nicely decorated and quiet. Gym is nice and has nice indoor pool. Location was central to what we needed.Cons: Breakfast (which is basically continental) is about $20 a person and that price is not clear (not posted, check in staff did not inform) until you get the bill. When we called customer service, gentleman was rude. Manager did contact us due to the complaint, but basically just repeated that breakfast is not free. Pillows are lumpy. Parking is $15 a day.

I live down the street. I got severely injured and stayed here for 5 days (after ER) to try to get my strength back so I could get up several floors of stairs in my home. I adore the simplistic western decor. Very clean rooms. Extremely comfortable bed... I had to sit/sleep on it for 5 days so it had to be comfortable. There's a Keurig coffee maker, small refrigerator and microwave which worked perfect for storing ice pads for my knee and for storing and reheating food. My boyfriend works during the day so this was an environment I could handle until he got here. The shower had fantastic Gilchrist and Soames shampoo and conditioner that made my hair so soft and shiny. My only complaint would be the TV channels are very limited. They're remodeling the lobby (So the video won't be accurate) and it will look great. Unfortunately I wasn't able to make it down for the large breakfast layout or to go to the bar. This was a great place to recover. And since I live in this neighborhood, I would definitely recommend this as a place to stay if you like to walk to restaurants and bars.Rooms: Clean, comfortable beds and high quality shampoo and conditioner that made my hair glorious. Simple, modern western decor. Decent amount of space.

If I could give more stars I would. I have a close family friend whose husband is in the hospital at Medical City in critical condition, currently on life support. I called three other hiltons in the area to book and pay for a room for her and her daughter because they live over an hour away. I know how important it was for them to be close by. None of the other hotels would help and wanted her to use her own card or have me book through a third party. Note, I am a honors member and wasn’t asking for them to do anything extraordinary. I was about to call a different brand hotel when I found this Hilton really close to the hospital. Shanell answered the phone and acknowledged that I was a honor member and had all my info. Once I explained the situation and what I was looking to do. I felt her concern and willingness immediately to help me in any way possible to make this happen for my friend. She booked the room for me hassle free and I was able to use my card. The staff also dropped off a care package with a card signed by everyone of well wishes for her family. Not something that was expected and definitely a gesture they did on their own. This meant so much to my friend. We can’t say enough what a wonderful experience this has been and how caring and thoughtful the staff is. Their willingness to help was so appreciated and being able to give my friend a restful night after long and emotional days. We can’t say thank you enough.

Great place to stay. The staff is awesome day and night. I highly recommend this hotel for your accommodation needs. My husband and I were on our way to Denver to spend Thanksgiving with family when he had a fall on the airport escalculator. He ended up having to have an elbow arthroplasty and I needed a safe place to stay by myself conveniently located near the hospital. This hotel more than met my needs.Rooms: Clean, Keurig coffee maker with a good selection of coffee Kcups, good TV channel selection, comfortable bed, and good room temperatures.Safety: I was staying here alone and felt very safe.Food & drinks: Torchy Tacos and Jason Deli was within walking distance.Noteworthy details: I can't say enough about how caring and helpful the staff were. I will stay here again every time I have to come to Fort Worth. There is a nice restaurant that connects to the hotel which was very convenient.

Loud noise throughout the day from 8:30 am to 7pm from the renovation upstairs and a random sources somewhere in the wall. I reported this to front desk, they said they would take a look but nothing was improved the next day and night. Staff was relatively friendly but can't make up for the noises that woke us up at 8:30 am and prevented us from resting in the afternoon after our long day. We were there for 2 nights.

Next time I’m in Ft. Worth I’ll be looking for a different hotel. Overall the experience was pretty standard for the Hilton brand - I got what I expected in terms of staff, room cleanliness, etc.. the real killer here is the charge for parking and breakfast. The standard breakfast that is free at every Best Western is ~$20 here, which is nuts. Parking is $15 a day too (why not include this in the cost of the room?). Overall the experience was decent, but certainly not worth the extra costs.

The location is actually quite good if you don’t mind being close to train traffic. It’s a 15 minute walk to Magnolia Av restaurants & shops. The room stayed cold all night ( hey C didn’t automatically turn off in the wee hours of the morning)The water was instantly hot in the shower.. didn’t have to wait for it to get warm… a big plus in my book.

Before you finalize any booking, take a moment to visit ʜᴏᴛᴇʟᴅᴜʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏᴍ It turned my almost-expensive trip into a budget-friendly escape. My girlfriend and I made an unplanned visit here and were very impressed by how nice our experience was! The lobby / dining area on the ground floor was lovely. Our room was very comfortable. Breakfast was great, and the coffee on the way out was a very pleasant surprise! After our stay, I can't believe how reasonable the price was for our room. I definitely feel we got lucky finding this place. If we ever come back to stay in Fort Worth, this is the hotel I'd want to come back to.

Beware if staying on the 4th/top floor. On two of the three days we had no water in the shower. The hotel was sold out, so there was no way to locate to a lower floor and literally had to take a sink shower using cups of water.Aside from the water issues, the staff was friendly and as helpful as they could be. Breakfast is good and the hotel is in pretty good shape. Location is perfect with easy highway access and walkable restaurants in the parking lot.
