We typically stay here when in town for various family or friend events. It is well located and many food options adjacent to the hotel, on Magnolia, and the hotel itself. Breakfast at hotel not as satisfying as it has been in years past.

We are in TX for about a year and stay across the street at the Homewood Suites which does not have a restaurant/bar. So, we come to the Hilton Garden Inn for food and drinks. I have to brag on Mel and Andrea, they are superb and we have NO complaints whatsoever with them!
That being said, we came over on 12/30/24 to have a couple of drinks and some appetizers, and the bartender working was nowhere to be found. I had to go find her. Mind you, we were the only ones here. This is so disappointing for us. Honestly, I’m posting this solely for Hilton to see it and adjust accordingly. P.S. We are diamond members and stay exclusively at Hiltons. Do better Hilton.

We stayed there last night as it was very close to the hospital.
We were thrilled that it had a restaurant and bar, so we didn't have to get back in crazy traffic for dinner. We found the hotel to be very clean, safe and convenient. The bed was very comfortable. We will definitely be staying again.

Very nice and clean hotel with a few small gripes.
The hotel was very clean inside and out, from the lobby to the room and bathroom. Rooms have a ton out outlets between the alarm clock and charging station on the desk. Staff was friendly and greeted me when returning. The walk from the garage to the hotel isn’t as bad as people make it out to be, it isn’t crossing a “busy street” you walk across the loading zone in front of the lobby. My only issue is the price which I will get to. Location is good, it is right off the highway and can quickly access most parts of the city like food, grocery stores, Walmart in a 10 minute drive. And in walking distance from the cowgirl museum and zoo. As well as a great taco place right next door. I unfortunately never got to try the food from the kitchen as I was out late every night and ended up eating out. So I can’t speak on that.
Now for the cons.
First would be the wifi, even being an “honors” member the wifi that they give you basically useless. It is just enough to scroll through TikTok on your phone, but it struggled to play a YouTube video on my laptop without buffering. Faster internet is being a paywall at an extra $5 per night. The garbage in the room was very small, and didn’t have bags. I thought maybe it had just been forgotten but once room service came and emptied the trash they still never put a bag in, which doesn’t really effect me but I was mindful of what I threw in the bin so room service doesn’t have to clean it out, like food when eating in the room. And with room service only coming through every other day the trash bin filled up fast, no trash bin in the hallway either that I could find. So we ended up bagging up most of our trash and walking it to the parking garage trash on our way out for the morning. Which leads me to the next thing is that the parking garage is an extra $15 per night. I don’t have an issue with it being detached and having to walk to the hotel, but I really don’t see what I am paying for. The parking garage isn’t closed off, anyone can go in, from what I have seen it is not patrolled, there are signs saying they aren’t responsible for any damage or stolen property in the garage. So again, I’m not sure what the premium parking fee is for. Again those are just the small gripes, everything else was great. Better free wifi, free garage, (at least for members or something) and a larger trash bin in the room, or one in the hallway would make this hotel perfect.

Our room is clean, the hotel is spotless, and the vibe is great.

Elysia is the only person who cares at all and works circles around everyone else. She kept the breakfast waitress afloat. Elysia is worth the visit. She was outstanding with checking as well

We stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn Medical Center last night and it was perfect. And I want to reach out to the manager and tell you how great Angie is. I first spoke to her on the phone when making a reservation when in route to the hotel. She is so friendly and was so accommodating when we arrived and she was still there late in the day, continuing to have a great attitude when every time I walked by the front desk. Everything was really terrific, including the cleanliness of the room of the hotel, the food that we ordered, just a very pleasant stay. And Angie is the best! And all of your staff is so friendly and polite. Excellent!!

Horrible front desk service! The woman who checked me in (said she was a manager) was so condescending and rude. I will NEVER stay here again. If they hire someone like this, it says a lot about their standards. Didn’t get her name, should have. According to her, there is no manager/supervisor above her, she IS the owner, she's all of that...eyeroll. I did grab a card to the GM and called for assistance but he never bothered to call me back, after 3 days of trying. As side from the rudeness and laziness of the staff, this hotel charges $15/night for parking that is otherwise free to everyone else...literally, there is a sign that literally says free parking. However, the hotel gouges you $15/night. Parking is across the street in a garage so if you carry alot of luggage get ready to take a hike lol. There is one entrance and you have to circle behind the front desk to get an elevator. I didn't notice other entry points and Miss Hospitality in the front didn't mention anything during my check in. I had the do not disturb sign on my door my housekeeping knocked three times from 7 to 10 am so, so much for sleeping in. There's breakfast they charge you for that the hotel behind them will give you for free lol Just a lack of respect from staff all around. Again, I will never stay here again. Don't waste your money that they will happily rake up- they won't appreciate you or your business here. Stay behind them at the Townhome Suites. They are cheaper, nicer, and actually welcome you.

One of the nicest hotels I've stayed at. A little pricey but average for the area. No free breakfast which is a negative and prices are from $10-$20 at the hotel, Torchy's is right next door. Nice indoor pool with stuff for the kids, nice lobby, free parking in the garage. Get a room with snacks and drinks included and there's a good selection in the room. Free coffee in the lobby in the morning.
