Pretty disappointed with the hotel, after a couple of stays. Generally no issues but a somewhat worn hotel. On my most recent stay leaving Sep 14 2023, I had an issue with an insect that got on to my leg when I sat down on the pull out couch in the room. Don’t know for sure what it was, but it had the shape/size/color of a bed bug, so I brushed it off and left immediately since I was already packed for checkout. Didn’t notice any insects on the bed during my three day stay.I notified the front desk, called them again to make sure they passed on the message to have the room cleaned. I had another trip two days later, so bought another cheap suitcase for that trip and a steam cleaner to clean my original luggage, wrap it to sit for 3-4 days, and ensure I didn’t bring any stowaways to my next hotel.I called two more times plus another call to Hilton’s corporate line to ask if the hotel would cover the cost of a cheap suitcase and cleaner. Never got an answer, though was promised three times that I would get a call back. Very frustrated that the hotel just refused to respond. Even a “no, we don’t think we should cover any of that” would have been better than just not calling back.

Good location for events at the convention center. Something was wrong with the AC in my room and it was uncomfortably warm even when turned as low as it could go. Also woke up to a beetle/roach in the bathroom sink. Other than the convention center, there isn't much within walking distance that I could find in the time that I had. The bed was nice.Food & drinks: Food that was within walking distance was lacking during the weekend. Some were closed, the rest would be at max capacity at 10-ish tables or so.

I have been here before and wanted to stay on the west side instead, the same side that JFK room is on, which is the 15th floor, 1530 to be exact. I checked in the night before (2 nights) and upgraded to a corner suite in number 1438. The whole purpose of the upgrade was to be in the corner on the west side. When we got there, they had me on the 8th floor! I told them I checked in the night before and even told them the room. I explained that I wanted to be below or close to below the JFK room and even upgraded to a corner. The front desk man spoke very poor English. They got me back on the 14th floor on the east side (terrible views attached). If I didn't have the west side, I wouldn't have paid for the upgrade. We got in our room (1408) and even though I checked in with our boys ages 7&8, they had nothing for the pullout couch. No blankets, pillows, or extra towels. I called down for blankets. It wasn't until I got blankets, that I realized I didn't have towels and pillows for them. Tried to use the phone to call down, but it doesn't work now. I go down after several minutes of an elevator ride and tell the front desk I need 4 pillows and 4 towels, and our phone needs repaired. I watched her write this down. Never received any of this all night. I gave my boys one of my pillows and had to use a small couch pillow for my extra pillow to sleep all night. The next morning, I told the front desk I never received towels and pillows, watched them write it down and still never had when we got back in the late afternoon. Up by our room was house cleaning; neither spoke English. After about 15 minutes, I was able to get towels and pillows from them. On checkout, the valet ticket system did not work. Oh, guess what? I can't call down; the phone still doesn't work. This was probably the most inattentive hotel experience I have had. When you ask for towels and pillows twice, and you watch staff write down your request and still receive nothing, very unsatisfactory. Then charge the customer for an upgrade, but then change the room when they arrive and don't even get me on the side I wanted. Why offer pre-check-in if you aren't going to honor the room selection? Lastly, if I make a reservation for 4 people, you should be prepared for 4 people to arrive. This is about my 19th hotel stay for the year and ranks in last place. Valet parking is 45 dollars and is mandatory. I won't be coming back here after two visits now. I will say the bartender is great and they have a great selection of beers on tap. The location is good, but I will try other options, Big Fail!

Unfortunately, this was one of the least enjoyable hotel experiences of my adult life. First, the shower in our room would not get hot at all. The sink water was significantly warmer than the shower, so I knew it was something wrong with the shower. Our room was also not properly cleaned upon arrival. There were smudges on the sheets, no water bottles like the concierge said there would be, and instead of a fitted sheet on the bed, there was a top sheet (smaller than the king size bed) laid over the mattress pad. This is shown in the attached image. I went down to tell them about the issues, and they quickly sent up a repairman, which was nice, but we needed to hurry and get ready for a wedding so they changed our room. We were disappointed to learn that the air conditioning in the second room did not function properly, so it was incredibly warm in there all night (we didn’t know the air didn’t work until we got back to our room late that night). The drain in the shower also wasn’t working right so you ended up standing in three inches of water after a 10 minute shower. The breakfast in the lobby area was good but a little overpriced at $24 per person, and the elevators were rickety and had signs saying no more than 4 people per elevator. I can add a positive that our room was directly across from the elevator which I was not pumped about, but it remained pretty quiet overnight, and the valet men were kind and quick. Overall, very disappointing experience.Walkability: Middle of downtown with easy access to everything.

Fantastic staff! Jordan the Front Office Manager went out of her way to ensure we were taken care of. We were a special case that needed extra attention but Jordan was able to accommodate all of our requests. It is not easy to find the level of customer service she provided us. I would absolutely recommend you stay at the Hilton Fort Worth.

An old and historic hotel in a good location. It is close to so many things. Parking is complicated. You have to use its valet service. A bit old hotel and has old furniture. The room was smelly. It's more like a tobacco smell. The shower was broken. The air conditioner/heater was very loud. The wifi is poor. It didn't work in some parts of the room. Also, it was always on & off or slow. The street is amazing and has good restaurants and car rentals. Breakfast is OK, and there is no special difference than motels.

I had such an amazing stay, I came for a work trip. I fly down to the area frequently but this was the first time I’ve stayed at this hotel. The location is very convenient and the staff at the hotel is so friendly and on top of everything. I had the pleasure of meeting Omed at the cafe area for breakfast, he provided me with the best customer service, was so friendly and welcoming and absolutely made my morning! His service alone deserves 5 stars!I will definitely be coming back to stay here next time I’m in town. Very clean, very convenient location, amazing customer service.

The hotel is very good. However, I am giving service 5 stars because Robbie - the bartender - literally gave me his meal because room service had closed. (I arrived late and no issues, but he didn’t miss a beat). Devin on check in was good - but I would recommend this hotel solely because Robbie is here and hopefully management empowers him. He managed a busy bar brilliantly. Grateful to have met him and will stay here again because of him.

It's a decent hotel. I spent 3 days for a conference. 4 star is for the building condition. The drain was plugged in the bathroom and after they cleared it, it still made strange sounds lime someone throwing up. The stairwell smelled like sewer. The room was clean and they did respond quickly to the drain issue. The staff were all nice. Mostly just facility maintenance issues knocking it down to four.

Was here for a conference. Rooms are nice, just standard hotel rooms. The mattress was nice. Usually they are too firm and they cause me back problems, but this is a good soft mattress. The breakfast buffet was alright. The scrambled eggs were always runny, and they could find better sausage links. No pool. I love the historical value of this hotel. The elevators need replaced and probably another bank of them added. They got way too congested when the conference went on breaks or lunch. There is no where to overnight park in the area. Street parking was usually 30 minutes to an hour. The hotel is charging $40 a night to park because they know they got you, this should be illegal. I heard many people saying and I believe them this was not a good option for a conference.Rooms: Standard roomNo microwaveSafety: A lot of vagrants wandering around. Travel bus stop across the street from the entrance.Walkability: Great walking access to local shops and restaurants if it isn't 110 degrees out.

Stayed here for a conference. Great hotel. Great staff - attentive and helpful. Breakfast was pretty good. As a European, really enjoyed the sausage links - best I’ve had in a long time.Elevators could do with a refresh.Great location with restaurants and bars within very easy walking distance. Flew into DFW and paid $2.50 for the direct train which brings you into Fort Worth Central Station which is exactly a 4-minute walk to the hotel. It takes 50 minutes on a clean and modern train.Couldn’t understand why many of the US Nationals were complaining about having to get on a crowded bus to wait for a rental car, then drive into Fort Worth and pay over $40 a day for parking + fuel - costing them over $500 for the conference when a direct two way ticket for the TexRail was $5.00, stress free, quicker and more environmentally friendly.

I stayed two nights at this Hilton last week and was very pleased. I travel one to two weeks a month for business and this is where I'll stay whenever in Fort Worth. If you're in town for the convention center, this is a great place to stay. Every staff member was very kind. The room was clean. Fantastic shower. Great breakfast!

Left the room at 8:00 am, return at 7:30 pm and the room was not cleaned, the bed was not made. Service is horrible and furniture are old and beaten up. Complained to the front desk , was told housekeeping will come and I am still waiting. Paid extra for a nice room but is not worth it. The staff at one of the restaurants take the order and the food is delivered late and cold. Asked for the manager an I am told there is no one working today. This is not a prestigious hotel, any Motel will surpass it.The manager finally called back but the room still not cleaned one hour later. The manager is NOT on location, called me and informed me that we need to request room service. I told her that the front desk should inform the clients when checked in since we do not read minds. She finally ask me what I want, like I called to request a reduction in price. She has no managerial skills. I just told her: Nothing and good night.Service horrible, manager inadequate. This is an overpriced hotel, no service to the client. Horrible experience. The inadequacy of the manager makes it even worse. The idea that the client is right and we apologize does not work in this hotel. Not worth to stay.

We stopped in for two nights for a conference and this place was not the quality we expected for the price we paid. For one the A/C would not cool down the room it was board line hot and cool but not at all cold , plus at the end of our stay they charged us for two vehicles for valet when we only had one vehicle and 55$ a night just to park is insane when you are paying their room fees already.Make sure you get them to do a print out of your charges or you will be over charged. This is just my two cents take it or leave it , thank you ..
