I woke up this morning and I was happy that I was going to be getting into a vehicle today at least that’s what I thought and I was told by one of the service techs at this dealership that i was pre approved i ask would i be getting in a vehicle I was so over and over again the information has been sent to the manager and he says it’s a go i wanted to be re assured so I mentioned that i don’t have a car and that i would have to uber to the office to pick up my check and put it in my account. He told me to come straight there that way i will have the rest of the day to myself. from work. And Arrond told me that everything is ok. So against my better judgement i rode in an uber for an hour allmost $50 dollars to get there and be told No, I m sorry, i walked in there with luggage because i come straight there thinking im going to be leaving in a car. I mean he laid it on thick took me for a test drive and told me that there is plenty of room in the back for my luggage haha the joke is on my and im not laughing i was humiliated while they haggard back-and-forth over my down payment and what my monthly payment would be I was not laughing when I had to take another Uber all the way back home I spent almost $200 after a left there i and Uber this free over the phone i would been just fine and i would have went on with my
Instead i was lied to over and over again i said to myself i should have went to a buy here pay here at least i would know what to expect. I thought no im going to the professionals yeah right. This review is to make sure that the next customer reads this before coming in so they would know what to expect from this place. An for management to do better on how they train there people . They didn’t have the decency to pay my Uber back home.

Justin helped me out getting my first Subaru. He explained every detail I needed to know about the 2025 Forester and was patient answering all my questions. I would definitely recommend coming to Hiley Subaru Fort Worth.

I want to start with, everyone has expectations when looking for a new vehicle and Hiley Subaru far exceeded mine! It started with Anthony Camillleri greeting me on the lot in a very respectful and professional manner. He never made me feel uncomfortable and was extremely knowledgeable about any questions I had. Anthony got help from Antonio Olivarez finding me the perfect vehicle that fit EVERYTHING I was looking for. Charlie Pacanins helped finish everything up and shared in my excitement. The process from start to finish was absolutely amazing and I could not have asked for better! I am truly happy after 3 failed dealerships, I found Hiley Subaru. I highly recommend asking for Anthony Camillleri!!!

Not to be trusted! Agreed on price over email but had added $1500 when I arrived to dealer to pick up the car. Was told it was for tinting windows that was done the night before. When I pushed back, they tried to tell me I should be grateful that I was getting such a deal. Found the paperwork in the car where they had tinted the windows weeks earlier. Also conveniently forgot to add in the $500 deposit I put down on the car. Like the car but will never buy from Hiley again. Wish I had just walked away.

We had a deal, as long as my credit was fine and my car was as I said it was... so I drove an hour and a half to buy a new car.
Turns out it was all BS. They gaslighted me. The deal was thrown out the window the moment I pulled in. They changed it to 60$ more a month than we agreed. Then hammered me to settle for more timer and more money per month than we had agreed.
I spent a day, a half tank of gas and the opportunity cost for nothing.
For whatever other qualities Hiley may have... they are untrustworthy. Don't believe a word out of their mouths.
