I go to Hiley for all the maintenance for my 2 GMC vehicles. I request Dillon as my service representative. He is always friendly and very knowledgeable regarding my vehicles and maintaining them as needed. The waiting area is clean and I will keep going back. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We were just going to look at a vehicle, just so used to being told no...so we were completely not prepared to hear a yes. Our salesman Brandon was very straight forward and clear with the process and didn't make us sit around for hours waiting on a decision like other dealerships. We had a decision and were in our new car in less that a couple hours. We love our new Gmc Acadia, and will only use Hiley Ft Worth from now on! Thank you gentlemen for your outstanding service , professionalism and attentiveness!

Exceptional experience at Hiley Buick GMC! We traveled from Oklahoma City to look at a used Lexus and were impressed by Brandon's outstanding service from start to finish. We had a great experience here with Chris Pingel! Super fast and efficient but extremely patient with our 1 and 3 year old, even gave her snacks when she fell before we left lol. Didn’t try and haggle us and got us exactly what we wanted!

Noah in service was amazing!! He made me aware I had GMC reward points which I used to do additional servicing of my vehicle. While there I looked at some newer models and even though I wasn’t ready to purchase, Norman, Selena, and Braden took the time to answer my questions and show me the new features. The staff there is always pleasant and ready to help!! Thank you all for a great experience as always!!
