As soon as I stepped into the location, I received a warm greeting. The representatives who assisted me with my rental were exceptionally welcoming and friendly. Renting a vehicle was a seamless process without any complications. I look forward to renting from this location in the future. Thank you.

I have been trying to get them over the phone on the business cards, and what they said call for service when you get this 62127 miles , it happens already. No body answered the phone . It's my first time I got a rental car to work. It's my 3rd week. I don't feel good driving this unit after I when over 300 Mike's after the number they give me. Someone may answer my questions: what is my next step? Should I go to jiffy lube, or keep calling them. I need to make money to pay the weekly rental $ 317.00

Always do gas ⛽.. Electric is not good I spent $550 in 7 days for Polestar 2 plus rental $335 total of $885 ...I only make grand total 980 week so you decide what's better gas car or electric ..I'm going to drive time buy a car this week....

Very bad customer service and the car was given dirty also with poor maintenance. Kamaria Jacobs attitude was horrible the entire time. She given me a dirty rental,the tire pressure light on and bad windshield wipers. The car was obviously not checked when it was returned but she rented it out anyways. When I brought the car back she refused to accept what she did and called me a liar to my face. She did finally take the car back to get somewhat cleaned and came back with the same nasty attitude. Just another young disrespectful lady that doesn't know how to do her job and don't care. I hate I have to give this place a star at all.

If I could give zero stars I would. Had a last minute rental request that was confirmed. I get to the location next day and they said they didn’t have anymore cars and that they have been trying to call me all morning to cancel. I asked what number they had in file and the guy at the counter tried to make up a number. He went back and forth and tired to make me tell him my number. I told him it’s what I set the reservation up with so he should have it. Long story short, they had the correct number on file. I hate that they tired to lie and showed no good customer service skills. They even tried to say I could go to the airport and see if they have a car.I will not be using this location again. Please train and teach the employees the proper way to resolve issues and help people out.

Worst service! The employees don’t know what they’re doing! People are waiting and nothing is happening. I booked on line Waiting for 45 min already. Corporate get involved and train your employees. No one here is happy what is going on . You have a 2.7 on google ? We have to wait to get the cars cleaned and prepped ? Should have been done as soon as they come back!

Made my reservation online. Drive 45 minutes to pick up my rental and the guy told me to go to Denton or the airport. Absolutely insane. Don’t book online. Trash company.

They did not have the vehicle originally requested through Expedia. They made me wait an hour for a dirty, and scratched vehicle. I left with the vehicle after they cleaned it and had to continue with last-minute wedding stuff.When I complained to Expedia, they spoke to Hertz....neither party could help me because I didn't file a complaint. We couldn't file a complaint when we returned the vehicle on Sunday - the business was closed, and we were instructed to park the car outside and to place the key in the secure outdoor mailbox.After back and fourth with Hertz and Expedia, the former company said I should have called roadside assistance to file a complaint? Makes no sense...the way Hertz is run appears to be all over the place, lost, disorganized, and does not value the essence of customer service. ?I strongly do not recommend this place. Rent a car through their competitors instead.
