I am so grateful for Grace, Veronica, Irene, and Elena! I have been shopping 5 times and this is the first time I have peace about a ring. They even showed me ways to keep the quality while cutting down on costs. They took time to clearly educate us about the diamonds and showed me some unbeatable warranty options. They truly are a team who made me feel taken care of instead of looking at me like a dollar sign. I’m now a customer for life!

I am very disappointed with the lack of attention and poor service I received from Helzberg Diamonds. I dropped off my item for repair on 4/28 with a promise date of 5/17. However, on 5/22, I finally received an estimate for the repairs—five days past the original promise date. There was no communication or outreach to us prior to this, leaving us in the dark about the status of our item.To make matters worse, the new promise date is now 6/10, effectively doubling the initial estimated time from 3 weeks to 6 weeks. This level of delay and lack of timeliness is unacceptable.We expected better communication and transparency from a reputable jeweler like Helzberg Diamonds.I hope Joseph D and Helzberg Diamonds can improve their service and communication in the future, but as it stands, I cannot recommend their repair services based on this experience.

My soon to be wife went there to look at a ring just to see how it looks on her finger and made it very clear that’s all she was trying to do. The manager was very rude to her and almost making it seem just because she’s younger that she doesn’t know anything. My fiancé didn’t come to waste anyone’s time and was very honest and said that she just wanted to try on a specific ring, very bad management and too pushy. I’ve worked management and I know how to handle customers like this and the way she did it was very unprofessional. Will not be going back.

I absolutely love this store. The employees are always so nice and helpful. I recently came in and saw that they carry luxury handbags. I fell in love with the checkered pattern, Louis Vuitton. The price of the handbag was amazing. All luxury handbags are authentic and very clean. Huge thank you to Joshua Alvarez for helping me and answering all my questions and made me feel so valued as a customer.

Elena was so helpful at this location! We came in looking for an engagement ring a few weeks ago. Elena was easy to work with and was determined to help us find what we were looking for. She wasn’t too pushy either. I chose a setting that they didn’t have in store and the diamonds in the store just weren’t right for me or my budget . Elena helped me order a setting that I loved and she took time to find some diamonds that were in my budget as well. She even text me updates on the setting I ordered and the diamonds she picked for me to look at when she was off. She went above and beyond for my fiancé and I. Grace was also very helpful. When I first came into the store she gave me such good advice on rings and gave me ideas on how I could go about choosing one that I would love and was in my budget. She even helped Elena when it came to customizing my finances ring. Overall I had a wonderful experience and I would come back here to purchase other jewelry as long as these two are here. They are a good team. Thank you two for your assistance.
