I always enjoy coming in the Presidio Town Crossing Helzberg Diamonds because the staff is always friendly and very well informed. I always like seeing Veronica, Irene, Pat, Joshua, Joseph , and Jessica. I will come back and again. I highly recommend this location again and again.

If I could give zero stars I would. Their “discounts” are not as shown. Do not take the American Express cards as a “discount”
If you have to return the purchase they will charge you for the cards as they cannot be returned. I went against my better judgment and warning from family and friends and shopped here. Shop small businesses not the large corp.
