I'd say the other reviews commenting on their lack of communication are somewhat true. HOWEVER. The work itself is remarkable ! It only took them a total of 5 days. My car practically looks new again to me! I'd highly recommend them for their work. ?

I'm so happy with the work they were able to do. Very nice and accommodating folks. We needed a few things to get it going and they made it happen. We drove all the way from Oklahoma to pick it up! It went without a hitch. Thanks so much!!

Overall not the best experience.I came in and got an estimate from Eddie.He informed me that he could do the repair to my vehicle in 3 days. Well it did not got has planned which I understand. It wound up taking over two weeks for parts to come in even though I was told it differently.Communication was very poor, over the course of the two weeks I only got two calls from the shop for an update. I had to call every 3/4 days to get some type of update or an idea of what was going on with my vehicle and the delays.One very frustrating thing was I had a car rental and they kept pushing the days for the repairs. Finally when my car was ready they called on a Friday 20/30 min before they close shop. They let me know they could stay later since they weren’t open on the weekends, still it was a very short notice to pickup.They let me know that they have a card fee but they take cash or check but the banks were going to be closed since I would get there past 5:30pm and the car rental would also be closed. I really would have preferred to get a call 1-2 hours notice before to plan accordingly but instead I got 20/30 min notice.I also didn’t get a walkthrough of the work that was performed they just gave me my keys and I had to look at the work myself, I would have appreciated a walkthrough to reassure myself of the work they had done.I probably won’t be back or recommend this shop.

I have, unfortunately, needed the services of a car body shop a few times over the past decades. Eddie was responsive and honest the first time I stopped by and earned my continued business. I've never been disappointed by the work. I've been able to keep my car until they are ready to work and it has been delivered right on time and encourage me to call with questions. The location is close to udowntown and convenient for rental car pickup or public transportation.

I went in for a damage estimate on a recommendation of a friend. Very nice girl at the desk did my estimate and answered my questions. Prices were very reasonable. Only reason I did not use them was location. I got an estimate that was about to same, but closer to my home.
