Justin was so personable and helpful. He quickly checked on furniture options for us and gave us time frames. He also showed us we could order the pieces we were looking at on line if we didn’t have time to come back in.

Me and my friend were walking around and my phone was almost dead, we walked into Havertys and a lady immediately asked us how we were and what we needed, we explained and she found us a charger in a chair let us sit until my phone was charged and was overall very sweet and we weren’t even buying anything which shows that they genuinely care and overall a very clean and nice establishment

Cynthia was so helpful and kind. Our current couch broke and was in repairable. She thoroughly explained the warranty process to us, communicated while we waited on guardsman to resolve everything. Haverty’s has been wonderful through the buying, warranty and replacement process. After this experience I can’t imagine shopping for furniture except Haverty’s. .

Maude was great from the time we walked into Havertys until the time we left! She welcomed us as we came in the door. I told her what I was looking for (couch and two swivel recliners for shorter people) and she immediately showed me a couple couches and knew exactly what chairs would be a good 'fit' for me. I did not realize the store closed at 7 and when someone came and asked her if she should lock the door, I immediately apologized, but Maude told me it was no problem and took her time to explain the furniture to me, show me fabrics and visit. She was great! I had been to 4 other furniture stores in the area that afternoon and no one came close to the customer service I received from Maude. Thank you!
