My husband and I were on a mission to find the perfect couch. After visiting a few other stores, we walked into Haverty’s and were greeted by Lola. From that moment on, she took exceptional care of us. She’s absolutely fabulous! When it’s time to shop for more furniture, I’ll be going straight to Lola. We couldn’t be happier with our Audrey sectional, it’s incredibly comfortable, and we have zero regrets.

Many thanks to Conlin for his excellent service today. We were not intending to buy today as we have time until our house is finished. Conlin’s attention and assistance made it make sense to go ahead with our major purchase. We have always been impressed with the way Haverty’s does business and today was no exception. Thanks Conlin!

I highly recommend going somewhere else to spend your hard-earned money! You will be glad you did. My husband and I were excited to purchase living room furniture in April. We ordered two custom couches, a rug, and two chairs.
On the delivery day in early June, one of the couches was dirty, so I refused to accept it. Although they suggested that I keep the couch and have it cleaned, I didn't see the point since I paid a lot of money for new furniture. I was told that a new couch would be ordered and rushed for delivery.
In early July, we called the store for an update and were informed that the situation was out of their hands, and we needed to contact customer service. When I reached out to customer service, they could not provide us with an update and said we would have to wait a few days to hear back from the manufacturer.
Now, it's mid-July, and I have no idea when or if we will receive a clear answer about the delivery of the couch. The customer service has been disappointing. I genuinely regret spending our money here!
Edit: We now have a scheduled delivery date.

After stopping first at a different furniture store, where despite there being a large number of unoccupied sales people, I was ignored - it was a pleasure to enter your store & promptly be greeted by a pleasant salesman - Justin Odean. I explained what I was looking for & he showed me several options. When I found something I was interested in he emailed me pictures & details so I could go home & take measurements, etc. This was VERY helpful. All of this was done with a professional attitude & no excessive pressure - which I immensely appreciate. When I texted him later with a question, he replied promptly & patiently. I've had previous experience with Haverty's & know your products are of high quality, so I'm leaning heavily toward purchase even though your prices are a bit higher than I wanted to spend. Thank you for a good shopping experience.

We had the most amazing experience working with Julie at the Alliance, TX store. We had to furnish multiple rooms and she was so helpful with choosing pieces that would fit the spaces and our budget. Her design knowledge was extremely helpful with the vision and colors.
The quality of Haverty’s furniture is exceptional and well above many stores that we had looked at.
Definitely will return.

On February 15 we visited the Haverty’s showroom on Hulen St in Fort Worth. We picked out a sofa and ordered it with our specific specifications for our home including color. We paid for it on February 15 and were told this is a custom piece and to expect all the pieces in at the end of March, First of April. Well the end of March came and first of April came and went and still no couch, kept calling the store only to be told it was still on order. This happened for several more weeks only to be told because of the tarriff’s it’s taking so long. Finally 96 days after paying for our custom order couch - it was delivered and is now in our home. Haverty’s do better. Set the expectation at time of sale that it will be a minimum of 3 months on custom orders and set the expectation- then I could decide if I wanted to wait that long for a couch or take my business elsewhere. It is so disappointing and disheartening to have planned for a major piece of furniture in our home and have holidays and family events and gatherings come and go with no couch that we paid for over 3 months ago. So disappointed- learn to set expectations better. Do better Haverty’s.

My sales lady, Maude knew exactly how to approach me asking questions to narrow down what type of sofa I was looking for. She was very professional and knew exactly where to take me to the exact sofa I was looking for. This was the most positive experience I received on my journey to find my new sofa. Maude met me at the door and showed me what I asked to see. She was knowledgeable and professional. She has already answered an email question, and I will likely buy the sofa she showed me. I can buy a similar sofa elsewhere for less, but I have previously shopped at Havertys and have been pleased with the service before and after the sale. This is not available at the big discount stores.
